    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates with a strong focus on Tier 1 & Tier 2  can be tier 3 also GEOs

     

    Leverage an existing affiliate network to generate immediate traffic and results

     

    Develop and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates

     

    Negotiate and manage commercial terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals)

     

    Monitor and optimize affiliate performance: FTDs, CPA, conversion rates, and LTV

     

    Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, Media Buying, Operations) to maximize campaign performance

     

    Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements across GEOs

     

    Identify new traffic sources and scaling opportunities

     

    Requirements – Mandatory:

     

    Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry

     

    Established network of active affiliates ready to launch immediately

     

    Strong understanding of affiliate traffic types and performance metrics

     

    Experience working with Tier 1 & Tier 2 markets

    (UK, DE, CA, AU, Nordics, Western Europe, LATAM, etc.)

    About the role

    We are looking for an Event Manager to support and coordinate B2B events across Europe.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, communicating with vendors and partners, managing multiple stakeholders, and keeping events well-structured, on time, and on budget.

    You will work closely with vendors, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events β€” from planning to reporting.

     

    Key responsibilities

    About the role

    This role is ideal for an AWS-certified engineer with solid fundamentals who wants to deepen hands-on experience in cloud architecture, deployments, automation, and customer-facing work.

    You will work closely with senior architects, sales teams, and customers, participating in both technical delivery and pre-sales activities.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Support the design and documentation of AWS cloud architectures following the AWS Well-Architected Framework
       
    • Participate in deployment and configuration of core AWS services, including
      VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, Load Balancers
       
    • Assist with AWS networking configuration:
      Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups, NACLs
