Team & Outsourcing Management

• Manage and develop the accounting function (in-house and/or hybrid).

• Lead relationships with outsourced accountants/providers across jurisdictions: scope, SLAs, quality control, and standardization.

• Build and continuously improve reconciliations and controls; work confidently with large datasets.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong Python backend experience and modern React / Next.js frontend skills to help build secure, scalable AI-powered healthcare applications.

You’ll work on APIs, data-intensive systems, and intuitive UIs used for clinical insights and AI-driven workflows.

Backend Requirements (Python)

Required

• 4+ years of professional experience with Python

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

  (schema design, indexing, query optimization)

• Experience building RESTful and async APIs

  (FastAPI, asyncio, aiohttp, or similar)

• Strong understanding of Python concurrency and parallelism
• Experience with ORMs (SQLAlchemy or similar)
• Background job systems (Celery, RQ, or similar concepts)

• Experience integrating AI / LLM services

  (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LlamaIndex)

• Experience with vector search / embeddings

  (pgvector, OpenSearch, Pinecone, or similar)

• Message queues: Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Familiarity with AWS: S3, EC2, RDS, CloudFront, SES, OpenSearch
• Experience writing tests with pytest (including async tests)

Nice to have

• Experience with HIPAA compliance
• Background in healthcare, medical data, or EMR systems

Frontend Requirements (React)

Required

• 3+ years of experience with React 18+
• Strong TypeScript skills (strict mode)
• Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR concepts)
• Tailwind CSS (utility-first, responsive layouts)
• Component libraries: Radix UI or similar
• State management: Zustand and/or React Context
• Data fetching: SWR or similar
• Forms: React Hook Form + validation libraries
• Data tables (TanStack Table, virtual scrolling)
• Frontend testing: Jest, React Testing Library
• Familiarity with Feature-Sliced Design (FSD)
• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience with WebSockets for real-time features
• PDF rendering (PDF.js or similar)
• Comfortable with Git workflows and code reviews

Backend Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, well-documented APIs
• Build backend services for AI chat and clinical insights
• Parse and process data from documents, EMRs, and third-party APIs
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models
• Efficiently handle large datasets and historical patient records
• Integrate backend systems with LLMs and vector databases

Frontend Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible UI components
• Implement complex UI features: forms, tables, dashboards, real-time updates
• Follow Feature-Sliced Design principles
• Manage global and feature-level state effectively
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs
• Optimize performance for large datasets
• Build data visualizations and clinical timelines
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and bundle size

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day execution of project management activities, ensuring timely contract renewals, providing financial reporting and analysis, and contributing to performance tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within a Scrum team.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Knowledge of Scrum principles and experience working with agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong analytical skills to monitor task completion and solve problems.
- Experience working with product teams and an understanding of product development processes.
- Desire to develop towards a Project Manager role.
- Experience in IT or product companies is a plus.
- English proficiency — Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the team within the Scrum framework: participate in daily stand-ups, track task progress, and facilitate synchronization between the development team, business analysts, system analysts, and the product manager.
- Organize processes: assist with sprint planning, track task execution in line with the project plan.
- Track task completion and deadlines: monitor progress, identify issues and blockers, escalate risks, and assist in their resolution.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders: ensure effective information exchange between all project participants and stakeholders.
- Documentation and reporting: prepare and maintain project documentation, create project status reports for the internal team and the product manager.
- Assist in managing requirements: support in clarifying and gathering requirements for development, translating them into actionable tasks for the team.
- Quality control support: participate in quality checks, ensuring tasks meet standards and deadlines.
