Основні обов’язки:
1. Проєктувати архітектуру серверної інфраструктури державних інформаційних систем та реєстрів;
2. розробляти технічні вимоги та специфікації до серверного обладнання та програмного забезпечення;
3. оцінювати рішення хмарних провайдерів (public/private/hybrid cloud) та давати рекомендації щодо вибору;
4. забезпечувати відмовостійкість, резервне копіювання, disaster recovery для критичних систем;
5. розробляти архітектурні рішення щодо безпеки серверної інфраструктури та захисту даних;
6. супроводжувати технічні тендери на закупівлю серверного обладнання та хмарних послуг;
7. взаємодіяти з командами розробки для узгодження вимог до середовищ розгортання.

Кваліфікаційні вимоги:
-Ступінь вищої освіти не нижче бакалавра у сфері комп'ютерних наук, інформаційних технологій або
суміжних галузях.
- Досвід проєктування серверної або хмарної інфраструктури від 3 років.
- Знання Linux/Windows Server, технологій контейнеризації (Docker, Kubernetes), систем віртуалізації
(VMware, KVM, HPE Morpheus), систем резервного копіювання (Nakivo, Veeam тощо).
- Досвід роботи з хмарними платформами (Azure, AWS, GCP або вітчизняними аналогами) -
перевага.
- Розуміння мережевих технологій, протоколів безпеки, VPN, firewall.
- Наявність профільних сертифікатів (AWS Certified, Azure Administrator тощо) - перевага.

About the Role

We're a fast-growing HVAC company scaling from $1M to a $2M–$4M annual target. Your mission will be to embed directly with a global private equity firm and deliver AI-powered automation that makes their analysts, operations teams, and investment professionals meaningfully more productive. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge agentic AI development and real-world business impact - the kind of work that ships to production and stays there.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows using the client's internal agent framework and modern orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar);
• Designing and implementing RAG pipelines - including chunking strategies, embeddings, and vector store integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector);
• Processing and structuring financial documents (PDFs, DOCX reports, tables, CIM/DDQ materials) into clean, machine-readable outputs via Python;
• Integrating REST APIs and cloud services to connect agent workflows with existing business systems and data infrastructure;
• Owning the full delivery cycle for each initiative: scoping, development, testing, deployment, and handover to business users;
• Instrumenting agents for observability, writing test harnesses for non-deterministic behaviour, and ensuring failures are explicit and handled gracefully;

• Communicating proactively with the client-side team - surfacing blockers early, documenting solutions clearly, and keeping stakeholders in the loop without being asked.

   

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for an AI Engineer who has:

• 3-5 years of Python development experience; strong, clean, testable code is a baseline expectation;
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows using LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar);
• Experience with Claude API (Anthropic) - prompt engineering, tool use, multi-turn conversations, streaming;
• Practical knowledge of RAG pipeline design: chunking, embedding models, and vector stores;
• Experience with document processing: PDF/DOCX extraction, structured output generation, table parsing;
• Comfort integrating REST APIs and working across the stack - data transformation, prompt engineering, deployment;
• Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate minimum) for direct async communication with the client team;
• Proactive working style: you raise issues early, communicate without prompting, and treat documentation as part of the deliverable;
• Experience in a regulated or security-sensitive environment, or demonstrable commitment to data integrity and auditability.

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or the Microsoft Azure ecosystem;
• Experience with V7 Go or other document-intelligence / PE-oriented AI platforms;
• Understanding of financial document structures: CIM, DDQ, LP reports, IC memos (domain awareness, not PE background required).

We're building out a supplements portfolio from the ground up — new products, new brands, new categories. We need someone who has done this before and knows exactly what it takes to launch a supplement on the US market and make it stick.

Argo Brands is a US-based company operating four consumer brands. We sell across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, Kohl's and etc. We are now actively expanding our supplements and wellness portfolio and looking for an experienced Product Manager to own that growth.

This is not a support role. You will be the person responsible for defining what we build, how we build it, and when it goes to market.

The Role

You will own the full product lifecycle for our supplements line — from initial concept and market research through formulation, compliance, production, and launch. You will also take the lead on developing new supplement brands within our portfolio, identifying white space in the market and building product strategies around it.

This requires someone with deep hands-on experience in the US supplements or beauty industry who understands the regulatory environment, the supplier landscape, and what Amazon and Shopify shoppers in this category actually respond to.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap for the supplements and beauty category
• Identify market gaps and white space opportunities through competitive research, customer data, and trend analysis
• Define positioning, target audience, and differentiation strategy for new products and brands
• Balance cost, formulation complexity, regulatory requirements, and market demand in product decisions
• Lead the end-to-end development process: concept, formulation briefing, sample review, testing, compliance, and launch
• Work with contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers to develop and refine formulations
• Manage timelines, sample iterations, and quality benchmarks across multiple concurrent SKUs
• Collaborate with designers and packaging vendors to develop ready-for-market presentation
• Ensure all products meet FDA, FTC, and platform-level requirements for supplements sold in the US
• Manage product documentation: formulation specs, Supplement Facts panels, claims review, certifications, and labeling
• Coordinate third-party testing and certification where required (NSF, Informed Sport, COAs, etc.)
• Monitor product performance post-launch using Amazon reviews, customer service data, and return metrics
• Identify quality issues early and work with suppliers to resolve them
• Proactively improve existing products based on customer feedback and competitive shifts
• Build and manage relationships with US and international contract manufacturers, co-packers, and ingredient suppliers
• Evaluate suppliers on quality standards, certifications (GMP, cGMP), pricing, MOQs, and lead times
• Negotiate terms and maintain vendor accountability throughout the production process
• Analyze customer reviews, search trends, and purchase behavior to guide product development decisions
• Track competitor launches, formulation changes, pricing, and positioning on an ongoing basis
• Translate data into clear product briefs and strategic recommendations
• Lead the creation of new supplement brands within the Argo Brands portfolio — from naming and positioning through launch
• Define brand identity, product architecture, and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the marketing team
• Build scalable product lines, not one-off SKUs

Requirements
 

• Proven track record of launching supplements or beauty products on the US market 
• Deep understanding of FDA regulations for dietary supplements, including labeling, claims, and GMP compliance
• Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers
• Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple product launches simultaneously
• Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling and interpreting data from Amazon Seller Central, reviews, and third-party tools
• Excellent English
• Self-directed and accountable — you set your own priorities and follow through

So we are looking for a Compliance Officer for the PSP department. 

Your future tasks 

• Manage the AML, CTF Compliance, and KYC/KYB onboarding team and processes for corporate clients in high-risk industries across the EU.
• Oversee onboarding processes with payment systems, financial institutions, and business partners.
• Review and validate onboarding documentation submitted by clients and partners.
• Conduct control and verification of documentation related to KYC/KYB and compliance procedures.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Controls & Fraud Risk Manager to establish and strengthen the internal control framework across our banking operations. This role sits at the intersection of Internal Controls, Fraud Risk Management, Information Security, and Operational Risk.

You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, implementing control mechanisms, monitoring employee-related risks, investigating incidents, and working closely with banking partners, information security teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure a robust control environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and continuously enhance the bank’s internal control framework, processes, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Identify vulnerabilities and control gaps across banking systems, operational processes, and products.
• Design, maintain, and improve control matrices, monitoring rules, and risk indicators.
• Analyze and correlate events across systems to identify suspicious activity and employee-related risk patterns.
• Develop and maintain automated risk detection and alerting mechanisms.
• Investigate suspicious activities, internal fraud cases, and control breaches.
• Prepare investigation reports, incident documentation, and remediation recommendations.
• Monitor and control employee access rights, ensuring proper segregation of duties and least-privilege principles.
• Review and approve internal control procedures, monitoring processes, and risk management practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Bank’s Information Security team on security controls, investigations, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Participate in the approval and review of security controls, including access management, password management standards, administrative panel protection, and rate-limiting controls.
• Act as a key point of contact for Internal Audit and support audit activities and reviews.
• Prepare logs, evidence packages, case documentation, and risk analyses for requests from banking partners, auditors, regulators, and Central Bank authorities.
• Monitor control effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen the overall control environment.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Security, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Internal Controls, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Information Security, Audit, or Risk Management.
• Experience within banking, fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management processes within banking or financial institutions.
• Experience designing and maintaining control matrices and monitoring frameworks.
• Ability to identify process weaknesses and implement effective risk mitigation measures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect suspicious patterns and correlate events across multiple systems.
• Experience working with logs, databases, and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Understanding of access management, privileged access controls, administrative panel security, password management practices, and rate-limiting mechanisms.
• Familiarity with incident investigation and reporting processes.

Domain Knowledge

• Solid understanding of internal fraud schemes, employee misconduct risks, and fraud prevention methodologies.
• Basic understanding of information security principles and controls.
• Knowledge of operational risk management practices and governance frameworks.
• Experience interacting with auditors, regulators, or Central Bank representatives is considered a strong advantage.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Legal Counsel with strong experience in fintech, regulatory, and cross-border legal matters. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, supporting multiple departments, and operating in an international English-speaking environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international companies;
• Experience with company incorporations and corporate structuring across multiple jurisdictions;
• Experience working with financial licences and regulated environments (Malta, UK, or other EU jurisdictions preferred);

Responsibilities

• Providing legal support and advisory to Compliance, AML/CFT, Anti-Fraud, and operational teams;
• Handling GDPR and data protection related requests, assessments, and regulatory compliance matters;
• Conducting independent legal research and participating in negotiations/calls with foreign partners, agents, regulators, and service providers in English;
• Supporting licensing and regulatory matters (including drafting internal policies and procedures, preparing regulatory documentation, communication with regulators, agents, and external service providers, as well as ongoing regulatory compliance support);
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, partnership agreements, and payment services related documentation;
• Advising on fintech regulatory frameworks, payment services compliance, and cross-border business operations;
• Supporting internal investigations, risk assessments, and implementation of compliance-related controls and processes.

Good to have

• Experience working with financial statements, AML/Compliance reports, and regulatory reporting documentation;
• Familiarity and practical experience with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements and regulatory framework;
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, EMI/PI, crypto, or regulated financial institutions;
• Understanding of international sanctions frameworks and cross-border regulatory requirements;
• Experience communicating with regulators, external auditors, and banking/payment partners.
