Key success indicators/attributes:
- We’re open to candidates with no IT recruitment experience or those with ut to 1 year of experience;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Ability to negotiate with clients;
- Understanding of technological terms;
- Knowledge of search techniques (Boolean Search, LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, X-ray, etc.);
- Cold outreach of candidates, including the ability to write personalized messages and high-quality templates for mailings;
- Analytical mindset, ability to focus, and the ability to set priorities;
- Desire to learn, Orientation on the result, Problem-solution mindset;
- Willingness to leave the comfort zone.

- Proactively identify and implement new methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to the end of the candidate`s trial period.

We’re now looking for a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of design direction and impact across one of our flagship AI products.
This role is a mix of hands-on product design, strategic thinking, and leadership. You will shape user experience end-to-end, influence product decisions, and help scale design practices in a fast-growing AI environment.
What you’ll do:- Own end-to-end product design for an AI Social Discovery product (web & mobile).
- Define and evolve UX/UI vision aligned with product strategy and brand.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Improve existing solutions using analytics, user feedback, and A/B test results.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to turn ideas into shipped features.
- Drive design decisions based on business goals, user needs, and data.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Mentor designers (or prepare the ground for scaling the design team).
- Mentor and support designers, helping them grow professionally and improve design quality.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new designers (interviews, portfolio reviews, feedback).
- Set design standards, processes, and best practices for the team.
- Act as a design leader and advocate in roadmap planning and product discussions.
What we are looking for:- 4+ years of experience in product design, including ownership of complex digital products.
- Experience in a Lead / Senior role with mentoring or team ownership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, scalable design solutions.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive structured feedback.
