About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Analyst to become a key link between data and product decisions. You will work with transactional data from a payment platform, build reliable analytics infrastructure, and turn raw data into business insights for C-level and the product team. This role combines deep technical data work (pipelines, DWH, modeling) with product analytics (approval rate,
fraud patterns, A/B tests). The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing optimized SQL queries and explaining complex patterns to a non-technical audience.

About the role

About Us

We are an established IT firm specializing in dental practices. We currently manage over 500 clients and are rapidly expanding. As part of this growth, we are launching a dedicated website department built around Webflow, powered by our custom internal management platform.

This platform automates onboarding, content management, and site provisioning — enabling fast, consistent deployment of high-quality websites. We are building a scalable library of Webflow templates designed specifically for automated, repeatable deployment.

The Role

You will own the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of our Webflow template library.

You’ll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure every template is fully optimized for automated provisioning through Webflow’s Management Control Panel (MCP) and Data APIs.

This is a hands-on, Designer-heavy role — you will spend the majority of your time working directly in the Webflow Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Template Design & Build:
- Design and build production-ready Webflow templates tailored for dental practice clients
- Create fully responsive layouts that perform flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Develop reusable component systems (Navbar, Footer, Header Banner, CTA sections, etc.) with configurable properties
- Implement CMS-driven content architecture — all client-specific text, images, and data must pull from CMS collections (no static hard-

What you`ll do:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously (approx. 10-12), ensuring successful project delivery. 
  Project types: website development from scratch (45%), website design (15%), website support tickets (25%) and software development (15%).
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals and meet client expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using project management software.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to clients and team members.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients to communicate progress, provide reports, and address any challenges.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards to maintain high levels of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.

Responsibilities
 

• Write campaign copy for paid media, banners, SEO, and email, including A/B variations and format adaptations;
• Localize and adapt messaging for multiple regions/languages based on a master version;
• Optimize and QA landing pages, websites and campaign copy for clarity, conversion, brand voice, and error-free handoff;
• Support campaign planning with copy variations for A/B tests (headlines, CTAs, short vs long-form);
• Collaborate with Designers, UA/Performance Marketers, Product, and Community Managers to ensure consistency and clarity;
• Research competitors and trends to keep messaging relevant and culturally aligned;
• Maintain a simple content library: taglines, value propositions, FAQ snippets, and brand voice guidelines;
• Proofread and polish content to ensure correctness, readability, and strong storytelling.

Requirements
 

• 1+ year of experience in copywriting/content writing;
• English level: Advanced;
• Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (audience, positioning, CTA, conversion-oriented writing);
• Interest in gaming culture;
• Ability to work with feedback, meet deadlines, and deliver multiple iterations quickly;
• Attention to detail and consistency in tone and terminology.

• Own quiz funnel strategy end-to-end: hypothesis generation, A/B testing, analysis, iteration

Team Leadership

• Lead and grow a team of 4+ Product Marketing Managers
• Run 1:1s and performance reviews, and actively develop your people

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working on complex systems, particularly in networking and Python development. Candidates with a strong background in both software development and QA engineering are encouraged to apply for this role.

     1. Networking Experience:
 Experience with networking devices like routers and switches.
 Experience with FW/SW development for networking devices using C/C++
 Experience with SW development using Python
 Experience with BSP, data plane, or control plane protocols development for networking devices
 Experience with data path automated tests development for network devices, using Python/Pytest.
 Experience with SW/HW bring-up/integration of networking devices.
 Solid understanding of the differences between routing and forwarding, as well as switches and routers.
 Familiarity with VLANs.
 Proficiency in TCP/IP and UDP protocols.

    2. Advanced Network Skills:
 Experience with link aggregation and LACP.
 Understanding of load balancing algorithms such as ECMP
 Understanding of SPAN/RSPAN/ERSPAN, ACL
 Familiarity with traffic mirroring.
 Knowledge of automatic routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, RIP, and IS-IS.
