We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric and a passion for transforming data into business value. You will play a key role in shaping analytical solutions, building semantic models, and delivering data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Warehouses, Semantic Models)
• Strong command of Power BI: DAX, Power Query (M), data visualization, performance tuning
• Expertise in data modeling: star/snowflake schemas
• Solid background in SQL: T-SQL, Fabric SQL endpoints
• Experience in governing analytical assets: permissions, sensitivity labels, monitoring
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they apply to data analytics
• Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics or other legacy data platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data insights clearly
• English level at least Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring usability and performance
• Design and implement semantic models (datasets) in Microsoft Fabric
• Create and manage Lakehouses and Warehouses using Fabric tools
• Translate complex business requirements into clear analytical outputs
• Work closely with stakeholders
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries (T-SQL, Fabric SQL endpoints)
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout analytical workflows
