We’re now scaling our automation efforts and looking for a skilled Automation Engineer who will play a key role in designing and developing solutions using AI and no-code tools.

    Our mission is to eliminate manual routine work and simplify integrations across our core platforms: Salesforce (CRM), Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, and other widely used services.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and maintain integrations using no-code platforms (e.g. n8n).
    • Implement AI-powered solutions (using OpenAI and others) for document generation, text processing, and multilingual analysis.
    • Set up and optimise data workflows: webhooks, JSON/XML parsing, Salesforce automation, Google Sheets, and Slack notifications.
    • Monitor automation processes, resolve incidents promptly, and drive ongoing improvements.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify new automation opportunities and bring them to life.
       

    What We Expect

    • 2+ years of experience working with no-code tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n).
    • Solid understanding of APIs (REST, OAuth2, HTTP requests).
    • Ability to write basic scripts (Python or JavaScript) for custom integrations.
    • Experience with or strong interest in working with AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, etc.).


    Nice to Have

    • Experience with Salesforce API and Flow Builder.
    • Familiarity with Google Apps Script or Microsoft Power Automate.
    • Understanding of DevOps basics (e.g. monitoring, CI/CD).
