The Role
We're looking for a Backend Developer to join the team building our AI automation infrastructure. You'll own the server side of systems that operate at scale — managing concurrent sessions, orchestrating background jobs, integrating LLMs into real-world workflows, and making sure everything stays stable when it matters.

This is a hands-on backend role with real architectural responsibility. You'll work directly with the founding team and have full visibility into product decisions.

What You'll Be Working On

• Building AI SDR systems — autonomous agents that manage communication pipelines, qualify leads, and move them through the funnel without manual intervention
• Developing browser automation layers that interact with web platforms on behalf of AI agents — handling sessions, actions, and anti-detection logic at scale
• Integrating LLMs (Claude API) for real-time message classification, context-aware response generation, and conversation management across hundreds of active threads simultaneously
• Building the job orchestration layer — queues, background workers, concurrency handling — that keeps everything running reliably at scale
• Designing data models and APIs that the rest of the system runs on
• Connecting the system with external tools: CRM, calendar booking, messaging platforms, alert systems

• Designing internal AI agents that handle repetitive customer-facing workflows autonomously, escalating to humans only when needed

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial backend experience
• Strong understanding of system design — queues, background jobs, concurrency, failure handling
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) — schema design, query performance
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and services in production
• Comfortable integrating third-party APIs and navigating unfamiliar documentation quickly
• Systematic thinker — you see how components compose into a reliable whole

• Genuine curiosity about AI tooling — you follow what's happening in the space and like to experiment

The Role 

We're looking for a Business Development Assistant to support our Sales Lead across the full sales process — from a qualified lead through to project kickoff for a new HelloBiome service. The Role 

We're looking for a Sales Intern to own outbound lead generation, end to end — from building a targeted contact list through to a running outreach sequence. This role exists to make outbound a steady, owned function rather than something squeezed in when there's time. Once a contact replies, you'll hand them off cleanly into our sales pipeline.

• Build targeted contact lists from relevant public sources.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L2 Technical Support Specialist to join our iGaming Operations team and support the Turbo Games project.
You'll be responsible for monitoring platform performance, processing partner and internal requests, identifying operational issues, and ensuring incidents are resolved or escalated promptly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with monitoring tools, analyzing data, and maintaining stable 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor platform health and operational dashboards (Grafana, Power BI).

🧑‍💻 What we expect from the ideal candidate:

• You have real Java behind you, and you are comfortable in a large old codebase. We need someone who can open code written by people who are long gone, work out why it is the way it is, and change it without breaking it.
• You have genuinely led people, not held the title. You have been responsible for the output of a team, and for what happened when that output was wrong. You lead by example — the standard you hold other people to is the one you visibly work to yourself.
• You manage risk by instinct. Feature flags, gradual rollout, rollbacks you have actually tested, thinking about blast radius before you merge, knowing which doors only open one way. Our production system is business-critical and a bad night is not an incident, it is a business event.
• You listen first. Working with a customer starts with hearing the real problem rather than the solution someone arrived with. Almost every expensive mistake in this kind of work could have been prevented by one more question at the beginning.
• You can say no, and you can say it with a reason. Not everything worth asking for is worth building. You can explain cost, complexity and ROI plainly, hold the position when it is pushed, and change it the moment the argument against you turns out to be better than yours.
• You do the scoping with the engineers, and you close the loop afterwards. You assess what has to be done together with the people who will do it, and then you assess what was actually done. Both halves. The second one is the half most people skip.
• You own things and stand behind them. When something goes wrong, you are accountable for it, and you do not spend the meeting looking for whose fault it was. This is the quality we check hardest.
• You think about the end user and about money. You understand ROI. You understand how the thing you are building helps the business earn, and you can argue about what to build next in those terms rather than only in technical ones.
• Your English is strong, spoken and written. You will spend a meaningful part of every week live on calls in English — being interrupted, having the subject changed mid-sentence, and having to be clear anyway — and writing clearly afterwards. This is a hard requirement, not a box to tick.
• You are open-minded and eager to learn. You are interested in modern tools, patterns and engineering approaches — AI-assisted development in particular — and you are excited to apply them in a real production system rather than in a side project.

💡 What you will do:

• Be the technical counterpart to the CEO of the customer’s company. He is American, sharp, direct, not technical, and there is something on fire most days. He will bring you problems, ideas and complaints — three at a time, half-formed, usually at speed. You have to want that conversation, not merely tolerate it.
• Turn loud, half-formed business problems into deliverables. There is no business analyst here and requirements do not arrive pre-chewed. You ask the questions, define the outcome, write down what we are explicitly not doing, and cut a first milestone small enough that being wrong about it costs two weeks instead of two quarters.
• Then actually deliver them. Milestones, sequencing, and saying early and plainly when something will not land — while there is still time to do something about it.
• Lead six engineers and set the engineering standard. You decide who works on what, how work is sliced, and what “good enough” means here. A part-time DevOps engineer and a project manager work alongside you.
• Grow the engineers around you. You will run technical one-on-ones, mentor, review seriously, and make the people on this team better than they were when you arrived. We treat code reviews as a real part of the work, not a formality.
• Work alongside a project manager without either of you taking over the other’s half. She runs the schedule, the ceremonies, the coordination and the chasing. You own technical direction, delegation and the technical conversation with the customer.
• Own risk on complex, high-stakes changes. Migrations inside a system that cannot stop, rollout plans, tested rollbacks, and a clear view of what breaks if you are wrong. You will be the person who decides whether a change is safe to make tonight.
• Run incident command. When production breaks, you coordinate the fix, decide what gets rolled back, and tell the customer what is happening while it is still happening.
• Argue about priorities in business terms. You will push back on requests that will not pay for themselves, make the case for the ones that will, and be trusted because your numbers hold up when someone checks them.
• Drive AI-first engineering. Agentic tooling and AI-assisted development are part of this mandate, not an experiment on the side. The customer is already asking for it and we intend to be good at it.

Team and Customer

We are a team of engineers based in Lviv working for a US-based customer. On our side there are six engineers, a part-time DevOps engineer, and a project manager. All engineers and all architectural decisions are here locally — no overseas knowledge holders blocking you.

There is no business analyst, and there is nobody between you and the person who wants the thing built. You will work directly with the CEO of the customer’s company. There are also no layers, no approval chains and no process that exists for its own sake. That is the best thing about working here and also the hardest one.

Our customer is not backed by venture capital but by reliable business revenue. The business has been running for more than eight years and is self-funded, and we do not experience pressure to cut roles in Ukraine due to “country risks,” which has unfortunately become quite common lately.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer on a part-time basis for a long-term engagement with a US startup. The product is an iOS app that works together with a physical device and uses AI. The company is pre-launch.

You’ll be the only QA on the project. That means full ownership of quality: you decide what gets tested and how, you build the process from the ground up, and you work in close contact with the startup’s technical team.

This is not a role for executing someone else’s test cases. If you need an established process to slot into, this isn’t the position.

Schedule - please read carefully

The team is based in San Francisco, a 10-hour time difference. Because of that:

• Working hours shift into the evening - roughly until 9-10 PM Kyiv time

• Calls with the team two to three times per week at the start, one to two later on

• Everything else is async, you plan your own day

• Evening availability on agreed days is mandatory and not open for renegotiation after you start

If evening hours don’t work for you, it’s better not to spend time applying.

Requirements
 

Building processes from scratch

• Experience joining a project with no QA in place and building everything yourself

• Ability to set up a manual process from zero: critical flow map, test plan, regression suite, release checklist, bug workflow

We are looking for a Head of Retention to take ownership of CRM and retention for a B2C online casino product.

The product has already been live in other GEOs and is now being adapted for new European markets, initially DACH. The goal is not to build everything from scratch, but to adjust the existing setup, build the right CRM and retention processes for the new markets, and prepare the product for launch.

This is a fully remote role.

Despite the Head title, this is not a traditional management position with a large team. We are looking for a strong CRM / Retention professional who is still hands-on and is ready to become the most senior person responsible for retention on the project.

ATAS is a professional platform for analyzing financial instruments and market data: footprint, DOM, cluster analysis, and order flow. The product is designed for active traders and is used in exchange-traded and cryptocurrency markets.

The commercial model is direct retail sales worldwide. Payments are made by card on a recurring subscription basis, with one-time licenses used less often. Registration is followed by a free trial and then recurring charges. Customers are located in North and Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Payments are processed through three processors: Adyen, PayPal, and Medoro. Each has its own interface, reporting, and dispute-handling rules.
 

Why this role is needed

The company is growing, and the number of payment disputes is increasing along with turnover. This is expected in itself. But the volume has reached a point where it can no longer be handled on a residual basis.

There is currently no dedicated owner of the process, and the company does not yet have enough in-house experience to build it correctly. Some disputes are contested but not won, and we do not fully understand the reasons for the losses. There is no model that determines when it makes sense to fight a dispute and when it is cheaper to accept it. The processors’ risk tools require further configuration. The task is not limited to responding to disputes — a comprehensive approach is needed.

The role is to turn this into a manageable process: understand the causes, respond to disputes thoroughly and on time, collect evidence, track metrics, and feed information back into the product about what is causing disputes.
 

What you will be doing

• Handle disputes across all three processors. Review incoming cases, decide whether to contest them, prepare responses, and meet deadlines at every stage, including pre-arbitration and arbitration.
• Build the evidence base. Work with platform logs, account history, correspondence, session data, and device data. Understand what persuades an issuing bank and what does not.
• Analyze the causes. Regularly review processor exports and identify patterns by codes, geography, plans, timing, and transaction types.
• Find root causes in the product and eliminate them. A significant share of disputes is caused not by fraud, but by the way the product, billing, and communications are designed. Regularly go through customer journeys, identify problem areas, formulate tasks for development and support, and see them through to implementation.
• Track metrics. Calculate the dispute ratio and fraud metric for each processor, compare them with the thresholds set by payment schemes and the acquirer, and flag in advance when they are approaching those thresholds.
• Interact with processors. Correspond with support teams and account managers at Adyen, PayPal, and Medoro regarding risk-tool settings, available protection mechanisms, and payment-scheme rules.
• Develop protection tools. Evaluate and implement available mechanisms: automated dispute protection and dispute deflection
   

The first three months

The work starts not with responding to disputes, but with understanding where they come from. It makes no sense to analyze a claim without going through the customer journey yourself: you cannot defend something whose mechanics you do not understand.

• The first stage is an audit of the customer journey. Go through every scenario personally: registration, trial activation, plan purchase, renewal, plan change, subscription cancellation, and refund request. Identify points where customer expectations diverge from system behavior. Review checkout copy, notification emails, charge reminders, and the actual deliverability of those emails.
• In parallel, review existing disputes. Study exports from all three processors, compare customer claims with issues found in the customer journey, and separate conflicts caused by the product design from abuse.
• The second stage is legal documentation. Review the License Agreement, Regular Payments Offer, and refund policy for consistency with how the system actually works and for the applicability of their provisions in disputes with EU consumers. Some wording the company relies on in representations may turn out to be inapplicable.
• The third stage is the process itself. Establish dispute-handling procedures: prioritization rules, templates by claim type, deadlines by stage, pre-arbitration control, and monthly metrics reporting. By the end of the period, the process should operate without manual management from leadership.

The result of the first three months should be not only won disputes, but also a list of product changes with an estimate of how much each issue costs the company per year.
 

What we expect

Required:

• At least two years of experience with payment disputes — on the merchant side, at a payment provider, or with a specialized contractor.
• Understanding of Visa and Mastercard dispute rules: reason codes, dispute stages, deadlines, and evidence requirements.
• Ability to work with data: processor exports, pivot tables, and identifying patterns across a body of cases.
• Fluent English, primarily written. Representations to issuing banks, correspondence with processors, and work with payment-scheme rules are conducted only in English, and the quality of wording directly affects the outcome of a dispute.
• Experience with a subscription model. Conflicts around auto-renewals, cancellations, and refunds have their own specifics here, and without this experience it will be difficult to understand our disputes.
• Attention to detail. In this work, a mismatched date in an attachment or a reference to an inapplicable rule can invalidate the entire document.
• Familiarity with EU consumer law as it relates to digital content and distance contracts.

ATAS is a professional platform for financial market, trading volume and order flow analysis. We develop an analytics product for traders and work with brokers, prop trading firms, technology providers and marketing partners.

Our volume of contracts and business projects is growing. We are looking for a lawyer to take ownership of international commercial contracts and legal support for projects — from clarifying the brief and commercial model through to signing and performance of the agreed obligations.

You should understand counterparties' business models and help the project owner clarify the proposed arrangement, assess risks and find a workable solution. Personal trading experience is not required. Our existing team and external advisers handle corporate and tax matters; these are not the core of this role.
 

What you will do

• International commercial contracts. Draft and manage partnership, agency, referral, integration, marketing and contractor agreements. Propose structures that reflect the economics of each arrangement and account for tax and regulatory risks. Work with revenue sharing, SLAs, data and software rights, and restrictions on their use.
• Counterparty contracts and negotiations. Review English-language documents governed by foreign law, prepare amendments and negotiate them with counterparties' legal teams through to signing. Maintain agreements for our distributed team across jurisdictions in line with the group's structure and business model.
• Legal support for projects. Get involved early in new products, features, monetisation models, partnership programmes and marketing campaigns. Help the business clarify its requirements, prepare user agreements, terms of use and other necessary documents, and support each project through to completion.
• Regulatory matters and compliance. Assess partners' regulatory status and how their activities affect ATAS's legal position. Analyse the boundary between an analytics product and an investment service, and document the legal position. Maintain the existing sanctions screening process. Address complex issues in advertising and public materials and develop guidance for Marketing; an internal tool handles the initial content review.
• External advisers and processes. Engage specialist advisers when needed on particular jurisdictions, corporate matters and intellectual property: define the brief, assess their conclusions and turn them into practical decisions. Help organise templates, registers and the contract approval process.
   

What you will bring

• Education and experience. A law degree and at least 4 years of experience with commercial contracts, including at least 2 years working on English-language agreements governed by foreign law. Experience supporting product and partnership projects, not just individual documents.
• Industry understanding. Experience providing legal support to brokerage, prop trading, tradetech or adjacent fintech projects. You should understand these business models and the contractual and regulatory issues arising in relationships between companies. We will assess adjacent experience, including iGaming, based on the substance of the projects involved.
• Contractual and regulatory practice. Knowledge of EU law and a practical understanding of MiFID II and MiCA. Experience in sanctions compliance and KYC/AML. Confidence working with liability caps, indemnities, data and software licences, rights to work product, revenue-share calculations, termination and its consequences.
   

Nice to have

Experience with financial regulators, partnership programmes and influencer marketing in a related industry; building contract processes; corporate structuring, IP and trademarks. Experience with chargebacks, Visa/Mastercard and payment providers such as Adyen, PayPal, Stripe or similar is an advantage, not a requirement.
