Requirements

We are looking for an organized, detail-orientated, and proactive Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. You would design and execute tests of device firmware and manufacturing process software in
support of our Class II monitoring devices.
In this role, you will act as an advocate for the quality of our software, from the perspective of both our patients and our internal customers, working primarily with firmware written in C and with C#/.NET windows desktop applications.

• Understanding of QA principles and processes.
• Preference for experience with the software QA process in the medical device industry (ISO 13485, ISO 62304) or other regulated environment (e.g., FAA, SEC, DoD, Title 21 CFR part 11), and related verification, validation, and documentation requirements.
• Understanding of requirements traceability and its role in compliance and test coverage
• Proactive communicator with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-
  functional teams.
• Clear, concise, and organized written communication skills to convey methods and observations.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (ideally JIRA)
• Experience in test management systems (preferably Jama Connect) including writing test cases,
  entering results, and facilitating review and sign-off processes.
• Experience with electronic test equipment (power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc) and ability to troubleshoot electrical and firmware issues on circuits/hardware.

Job responsibilities

– Perform manual system-level, functional, and acceptance testing on embedded systems software
(C) and supporting desktop software applications (C#/.NET).

– Perform software tool validation: write requirements, write and execute protocols for both custom
and off-the-shelf software tools used during V&V.

– Perform exploratory and ad-hoc testing to identify edge cases and unexpected system behavior
not captured by formal test protocols.

– Develop written verification test protocols, then subsequently document and report test results in
a manner consistent with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

– Review requirements and design documentation to ensure technical accuracy as well as
testability; act as a quality advocate throughout the development process.

– Support document release processes using our electronic document control systems
(MasterControl), including submitting documents and routing for review and approval.

What will you do

As a Data Focused Technical Account Manager, you will partner with clients and internal teams to manage post‑sales onboarding, support and integration—especially for large-scale data workflows and storage systems. 

You’ll be the trusted customer-facing data infrastructure expert, driving successful implementation of high-volume data operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, focusing on data-driven integration and usage.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, engineering, product and vendors to deliver seamless storage bucket integrations (cloud storage, object stores), and large data-set pipelines.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and technical workshops, educating customers on data management best practices, file formats, streaming concepts, and usage of SDKs/APIs.
• Monitor usage metrics and performance: recommend optimizations around bucket structure, transfer protocols, throughput, and data partitioning.
• Actively contribute feedback to product and engineering teams to improve data reliability, scale, and usability.
• Troubleshoot cross-platform issues for creatives or datasets across different storage buckets and client environments.
• Document data workflows, technical solutions, error handling strategies, and configuration guides.
   

About you

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is a huge plus.
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, including post‑sales TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with HTTP architectures (REST, API endpoints, proxying, batch vs streaming).
• Practical experience managing data storage systems: AWS S3, GCP buckets, Azure Blob Storage, and/or equivalent systems.

The KYC & Underwriting Coordinator plays a vital role in onboarding new merchants by coordinating the collection, review, and verification of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) documentation, while supporting risk and underwriting teams in evaluating merchant eligibility. This is a hybrid role combining compliance operations, risk assessment support, and direct communication with merchants.

The Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for merchants during onboarding, ensuring that information is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements. The role liaises between sales, compliance, risk, and operations teams to enable smooth and timely merchant activation.

Job description

1. Merchant Communication & Onboarding

• Act as the main contact during the onboarding phase for merchants.
• Guide merchants through document submission requirements and clarify KYC/KYB processes.
• Respond to merchant queries about status, missing documentation, and compliance requests.
• Maintain a clear, professional, and responsive communication trail.

2. Document Collection & Verification

• Request and collect documentation from merchants including:
  • Business registration documents
  • Director/shareholder IDs and proof of address
  • Bank statements
  • Proof of domain ownership or business activity
  • Beneficial ownership information (UBO)
• Verify documents for authenticity, completeness, and alignment with legal requirements.
• Upload and organise documentation in internal systems.

3. KYC/KYB Screening Support

• Initiate automated KYC/KYB checks using third-party tools (e.g. Verify, ComplyAdvantage, Onfido, Sumsub).
• Perform basic reviews of screening results:
  • Sanctions and PEP screening
  • Adverse media results
  • Company ownership structures
• Escalate potential hits to compliance or risk teams for further review.

4. Underwriting Coordination

• Prepare merchant application files for underwriting review.
• Provide summary notes on merchant risk factors and business model.
• Track application status and coordinate decision turnaround.
• Support the underwriting team by chasing missing items or clarifications.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Support

• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations (e.g. AMLD, PSD2, FCA, GDPR).
• Flag unusual or suspicious activity to compliance for potential SARs.
• Maintain audit trails of all KYB/underwriting-related communication and actions.

6. Operational Excellence

• Update CRM and internal dashboards to reflect real-time onboarding status.
• Maintain SLA targets (e.g. 24–48h turnaround on KYB files).
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying common issues or bottlenecks.
• Participate in regular feedback loops with product and risk teams to refine onboarding flows.

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge Areas. Basic understanding of KYC, AML, merchant risk, payment processing, and business structures. Awareness of scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard) is an advantage.

Tools Familiarity. CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), KYC tools (e.g. Verify. ComplyAdvantage, LexisNexis, Sumsub), document management systems.

Communication Skills. Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Organisation. Ability to manage multiple merchant files simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and speed.

Attention to Detail. Vigilance in document verification and data accuracy.

Team Collaboration. Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams.
