Shipping code — our goal is to get to weekly releases or more frequent… We want to get the team aligned to ship features fast with minimal bugs or scalability issues.

Be the ultimate authority on our system (in time) — for how it works, so that you can dive in and help unravel any gnarly bugs and issues. 

Architecture — Most of our devs can come up with elegant code, but you’ll just help ensure our code base is scalable. 

Lead & manage the tech team — you’ll be on top of all people’s work, deadlines, and can answer why something is taking too long.

Head up tech strategy — you, with the Head of Product & the CEO, will help balance between features and tech debt. While delivering value to our users and making sure our product is still reliable.

Build and maintain the architectural roadmap, ensuring scalability to >500 video uploads/week and multi-channel automation workflows.
Drive decisions on storage models, event flows, orchestration, API boundaries, and data schemas.
Own the technical implementation strategy for GCP-based components (BigQuery, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Composer/Airflow).

About the Role
As a Casino Manager, you will oversee game catalog management, provider relations, bonus configuration, and content operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping the casino experience, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth execution of all promo, bonus, and content activities.
 

Responsibilities:
 

Casino Operations

• Manage the game catalog: adding new titles, removing inactive games, updating collections
• Organize and optimize game categories and collections
• Negotiate with game providers for discounts, special terms, exclusive launches, and promotions
• Maintain a calendar of provider agreements and activities
• Select games based on requests from internal teams and bonus needs
• Set up and launch tournaments, promotions, and events with providers
• Reconcile invoices from game aggregators
• Monitor competitors and identify new ideas to boost player engagement
• Onboard new providers and ensure games are properly categorized and available
• Manage anti-fraud measures related to games (e.g., disabling games for bonus abuse prevention)

Bonus Management

• Create and configure bonuses in the bonus platform
• Set up bonus mechanics, validity periods, and activation rules
• Maintain an up-to-date database of active and archived bonuses
• Ensure correct bonus display and payouts
• Launch local promotions, tournaments, and special events
• Configure schedules, rules, rewards, and UI visibility

Content Management

• Upload and manage site content: texts, banners, translations, creative materials
• Coordinate copywriting and design tasks
• Control deadlines and quality of delivered materials
• Maintain procedures, standards, and documentation for content operations
• Prepare and publish T&Cs, promo cards, and tournament pages
• Build content strategy and activity calendar
• Localize content for different GEOs and add new currencies
• Oversee SMM activities
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in casino management, operations, or iGaming content/bonus roles
• Strong understanding of casino mechanics, providers, RTP/volatility, and player behavior
• Experience working with CMS, bonus systems, and game aggregators
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in iGaming B2C is a strong advantage

We're looking for a part-time Content Manager to help run and grow ONSAAS, a SaaS-focused media site publishing reviews, comparisons, and SEO/GEO-driven content for B2B tools.

This is a hands-on role, around 10-15 hours per week (roughly up to 2-3 hours/day), with flexibility and room to grow if we’re a good fit.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating SEO / GEO-first content briefs: Keywords, search intent, AI visibility angles, structure — the full brief, not just a title.
• Producing AI-assisted content: We use LLMs heavily, but with a strong human layer. You’ll be involved in briefing, guiding AI outputs, and editing to ensure content is original, useful, and actually ranks.
• Publishing & reviewing content: Managing articles from content partners and guest contributors, reviewing quality, optimizing for SEO/GEO, and publishing.
• Owning SEO / GEO performance: Tracking key metrics, spotting opportunities, and proactively suggesting ideas to grow traffic and AI search visibility.
• Helping with lead gen for sponsored content: Some articles (listicles, reviews, comparisons) are sponsored by SaaS companies. You’ll help maintain an outreach pipeline aligned with our content and keyword strategy.
• Updating & refreshing existing content: Keeping articles accurate, competitive, and up to date.
• Light design work: Simple visuals or infographics when needed (Canva is perfectly fine).

About the Team and Role

This Integration Manager role is about more than technical onboarding — it’s about helping merchants grow with Solidgate from the very first pre-sales call to scaling their payment flows. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, and operations, owning the technical side of merchant integrations and shaping how businesses across the world work with payments.

• End-to-end technical onboarding of new merchants, from first integration to go-live

The backend is built on Laravel and integrates with multiple services and front-end applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend functionality using Laravel.
- Design and support RESTful APIs for web and front-end applications.
- Work with relational databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Integrate backend services with external systems and internal tools.
- Collaborate with front-end developers (React or Vue) when needed.
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure system stability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best backend practices.
