Commission Structure:
• Sales from $1,000 to $4,999 — 7%

• Sales reaching $50,000 — 20%
• Sales reaching $100,000 — 25%
Commission Distribution:
If a deal is closed with the participation of other company employees, the commission will be shared among all involved team members in proportion to their contribution. The distribution will be coordinated and approved by management.
Work Schedule:
Full-time availability (approx. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday) is expected to ensure consistent communication and productivity.

• Dealing with "hot" contacts that come from a supervisor;
• Presenting and selling company products;
• Providing support to new customers.

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for mobile apps.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing toward performance KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
- Develop and test hypotheses: creatives, audiences, placements, funnels, and offers.
- Set up and validate event tracking; ensure correct attribution via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) and SKAdNetwork.
- Conduct regular performance analysis: cohort and channel contribution reports, insights, and scaling recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile apps via Meta, Google, and/or TikTok.
- Proven success in achieving CPI/CPA targets and scaling profitable campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills: dashboard building, data interpretation, actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of attribution models (including post-IDFA), event tracking, funnels, LTV, and ROAS.
- Languages: English, Ukrainian and Russian
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with the US market.
- Familiarity with analytics tools: AppsFlyer / Adjust, Firebase / GA4, Looker / Google Sheets, or similar.
