Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support in a small office environment. The core infrastructure is already in place (Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Kandji), and the focus will be on user support, endpoint management, optimization, and continuous fine-tuning.

You will be the primary point of contact for IT requests, supporting both macOS and Windows endpoints for on-site and remote users, while ensuring security, stability, and a great user experience.

Responsibilities

1. Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID)

·   Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including user lifecycle management, groups, roles, and RBAC.

·   Manage and secure integrations with cloud applications and SaaS services.

·   Configure, monitor, and maintain Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Core Developer (Rust/ C++) for Swarm Robotics & Sensor Control with over 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing the core architectures for the real-time control and management of robotic swarms and sensor systems. What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable systems for swarm control and sensor management.
• Implement efficient communication protocols and real-time processing solutions for robotics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components with robotics software and sensor networks.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in a distributed robotics environment.
• Solve challenging problems using modern programming languages such as C++ and Rust.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and software design decisions.

   

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with a strong focus on real-time systems.
• Proficiency in Rust and C++, with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.
• Experience in building and optimizing backend architectures for distributed systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, multithreading, and low-latency data processing.
• Knowledge of system architecture design, performance optimization, and resource management.

What We’re Looking For:
 

• Experience as a VIP Team Lead in the gambling industry (experience in Tier 1 markets and Canada is a plus);
• Strong English skills (C1), proficiency in French or German is a plus;
• Proven track record in building and scaling VIP teams and operations;
• Ability to establish and improve KPIs for VIP agents, manage metrics for VIP players, and reactivate inactive VIP players;
• Experience in creating effective communication strategies for different segments of VIP players;
• Strong analytical skills to develop comprehensive reports on metrics for VIP players, as well as KPI metrics for VIP managers;
• Experience with operational process development, including creating internal guidelines for VIP managers.
