Про Quests

• контентом діляться;
• на серійні рубрики підписуються;
• бренд упізнають за голосом і стилем;
• нові користувачі та організатори приходять у продукт органічно;

Quests.

• які були стартові показники;
• що саме ти змінив/-ла;
• яка була твоя особиста роль;
• який результат це дало;

Quests

5. Offer.

• досвід роботи у банках - від 2х років;
• практичний досвід роботи з АБС "Scrooge";
• знання етапу життєвого циклу розробки ПЗ;
• базові знання SQL.

• складання бізнес-вимог з інтеграції автоматизовних систем компанії з АБС «Scrooge»;
• взаємодія з відповідальними підрозділами компанії для визначення обсягу продукту, планування, розробки та підтримки процесу інтеграції;
• формалізація та специфікація вимог, написання технічних завдань на рівні функціональних вимог та програмної реалізації; написання нефункціональних вимог;
• управління технічними вимогами протягом життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення;

• роботу у інноваційній компанії в сегменті FinTech;
• турботу про твоє ментальне та фізичне здоров’я (медичне страхування, консультації психолога, корпоративні спортивні спільноти);
• навчання та розвиток (заняття з англійської мови, курси та тренінги для професійного зростання);
• зустрічі з відомими спікерами у Корпоративному клубі;
• програму наставництва та підтримку кожного нового співробітника;

Project Launch Manager.

• запустити новий сервіс: від концепції та тестового запуску до готової моделі;

• вивести продукт у retail і протестувати перші точки;

• запустити нове виробництво на базі існуючого майданчика;

• допомогти побудувати вихід компанії на ринок США;

• вже запускали продукти, сервіси, виробничі або бізнес-проєкти з нуля;

• вмієте перетворювати нечітку задачу на зрозумілий план;

• комфортно почуваєтесь у ситуації, де немає готової інструкції;

• можете об'єднати навколо проєкту різних людей і довести його до результату;

Meet the YozmaTech

YozmaTech isn’t just another tech company – we’re a global team of go-getters, innovators, and A-players helping startups and product companies scale smarter and faster.
We build dedicated development teams across 10+ countries, creating strong, long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and real impact.
Here, every idea counts. We value people who are proactive, open-minded, and ready to grow. If you’re passionate about building meaningful products and want to join a team that feels like family – you’ll feel right at home with us.

Our client is a pioneer in the field of identity data solutions, is revolutionizing how businesses confidently identify their customers and prospects across multiple touchpoints. Whether it’s through websites, applications, or physical locations, they provide innovative ways for their partners to interact with and understand their audiences.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale a high-throughput, real-time bidding
platform that sits at the core of our header-bidding and identity products. You will design and
operate Go services that handle very high request volumes with tight latency budgets, working
close to the auction path where milliseconds and correctness both matter.
This is a hands-on engineering role on a fast-growing product. You will own services end to end
— from design and implementation through deployment, observability, and on-call — and
collaborate with product, QA, and business-development colleagues to ship integrations with ad-
tech partners and demand/supply platforms.

Key Requirements:

🔹Strong, production-level experience writing backend services in Go (Golang), including the concurrency model, profiling, and performance tuning (7+ years of commercial Go experience required).
🔹Demonstrable experience with header bidding — ideally hands-on with Prebid (Prebid Server adapters, modules, RTB, or comparable auction-side work).
🔹Experience building and operating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems in production (must-have).

🔹Solid grasp of HTTP/REST, JSON, and server-to-server integration patterns, plus debugging across the request lifecycle.
🔹Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS (must-have). Experience with Azure and/or GCP is a strong advantage.
🔹Comfort with relational databases (e.g. MySQL / Aurora), including basic observability and deployment workflows.
🔹Pragmatic testing habits and a track record of shipping reliable software with good operational hygiene.
🔹Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
🔹Experience with CTV/video and post-bid measurement flows.
🔹Exposure to Prebid Server Java or other JVM services (useful for cross-module work).
🔹Experience with Kafka/streaming, Redis or similar caching layers, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
🔹Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar) as part of the daily development workflow.
🔹English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:
🔹 Design, build, and operate high-throughput Go services on the real-time bidding and
header-bidding path, optimizing for latency, reliability, and cost at scale.
🔹 Develop and maintain Prebid integrations — Prebid Server adapters, bidder/identity
modules, and the supporting backend that powers them.
🔹 Build and harden integrations with ad-tech vendors (SSPs, DSPs, identity, and
measurement partners), including pixel, post-bid, and server-to-server flows
🔹 Profile and tune hot paths: concurrency, memory allocation, connection pooling, caching,
and request fan-out under high QPS
🔹 Own services through their full lifecycle — instrumentation, dashboards, alerting, and
participation in the on-call rotation.
🔹 Partner with product, QA, and business development to scope new partner integrations and
turn requirements into reliable, well-tested code.
🔹 Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards across the
Bidfusion team
