• Experience with analytical tools: Google Analytics, Piwik, Tableau, or similar systems for data collection and analysis.
• Autonomy and a strong ability to proactively generate impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with our marketing team in designing creative campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills & Qualifications requirements:

• You have 2 - 5 years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads), preferably at B2C.
• Experience with the US market is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of advertising metrics such as ROI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and the ability to apply them in work.
• Experience working with Tier 1 markets and big budgets.
• Proficiency in English — B2 or higher level.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, actionable plans.
