About the role: In this role, you will turn numbers into insights, ensuring our marketing stays sharp and effective. From analysing campaign efficiency to connecting marketing and product analytics, you’ll spot growth opportunities and track performance with precision. In this role, you will

• Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, creatives
• Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution).
• Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns.
• Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance.
• Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.

It’s all about you

• Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to monitor key performance metrics, identify anomalies or performance issues, and communicate actionable insights to managers for decision-making.
• Strong SQL

• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).

You will lead the day-to-day operations, ensure excellent service for high-value players, and drive team alignment with overall business goals

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead and manage a team of VIP Managers, ensuring daily operations, shift coverage, and workload distribution.
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs: retention, ARPPU, redeposit rate, second deposit conversion, and individual performance.
• Ensure high-quality service and proactive communication with VIP and high-value customers.
• Handle escalated cases and complex communication scenarios.
• Align team efforts with ongoing retention and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Support, PRM, and Analytics teams to ensure full data visibility and optimized player lifecycle management.
