Your Schedule:

9 AM to 5 PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time, UTC-4)/4 PM to 12 AM Kyiv Time — this is when our clients are most active, and when you’ll be the hero they need.

• Be the frontline champion for our clients via Zendesk, chat, and calls — offering thoughtful, fast, and solution-focused support.

• Tackle bank disputes with confidence and clarity, always standing up for what’s fair and right.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and turn problems into opportunities to shine.

• Work side-by-side with an inspiring team to continuously improve our processes and deliver wow-worthy experiences.

• Partner with the Support Team Lead to shape and scale a truly exceptional customer support department.

About the Role: As a Product Manager at Zionix, you'll lead product development from start to finish. Your job is to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. You'll work closely with teams to meet goals and exceed expectations.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product strategy in line with the global goals of a casino.
• Analyze trends in both the crypto and iGaming industries and monitor competitors to ensure product competitiveness.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business and user needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: from concept development to market launch and post-release support.
• Ensure effective collaboration across technical, marketing, and operations teams to align product goals and execution.
• Collect, analyze, and document business and user requirements, with a strong focus on crypto payments, security, and usability.
• Define and track key product KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate based on insights.
   

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry and/or with crypto-based products.
• Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and experience in structuring and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements, including collaborating with development teams for implementation.
• Skills in competitor analysis, user research, and product strategy development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed, international team.
• Knowledge of hypothesis testing, data analysis, and product iteration.

• Technical background or hands-on experience with blockchain, smart contracts, or Web3 technologies.

Requirements
