 Computer Vision Engineer (3D Reconstruction)

We are seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to develop a high-precision 3-D reconstruction and measurement systems utilizing Shape from Polarization ( SfP). In this role, you will bridge the gap between optical physics and geometry to extract submillimeter surface details from polarimetric data.

Crucial Skills (Must-Have Foundation)

● Solid understanding of the nature of polarized light and the use of the Stokes vector to
describe light states.
● Strong proficiency in linear algebra and vector calculus, particularly for coordinate
system transformations, 3D geometry, and extracting signals from noisy data.
● Fluency in Python (NumPy, SciPy) for data analysis and algorithm implementation.
● Experience with standard computer vision libraries for image filtering, alignment, and
feature detection, such as OpenCV and scikit-image.

Useful & Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have)

● Familiarity with surface normals, depth maps, and Shape-from-X techniques (e.g.,
shading, stereo, or motion).
● Experience working with polarization cameras.
● Deep understanding of light reflection and scattering across different materials and
surface textures.
● Experience with normal integration approaches for 3D reconstruction to recover continuous surfaces.
 

We’re looking for a product-minded Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js, React) to join our one product team and help ship features across a Next.js + Tailwind CSS frontend and a microservices-based backend built on Encore. Prior Encore experience is not required (it’s a plus), but strong backend skills with Node.js and modern frameworks are essential, along with a willingness to learn quickly. The team values engineers who use AI tools daily to develop faster and more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features with Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, data fetching) and Tailwind CSS (responsive, accessible UI).
• Design and implement backend services on Encore: define service boundaries, APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Own features end-to-end: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Model data, manage database migrations, and optimize queries using ORMs (Prisma/Drizzle) on PostgreSQL.
• Improve quality with thoughtful code reviews, automated testing (Jest, Playwright), and efficient CI/CD workflows.
• Use AI/LLM tools daily for code generation, testing, refactoring, documentation, and prototyping; integrate AI capabilities into the product where beneficial.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack experience in the Node.js + React ecosystem.
• Production experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of backend and microservice architecture (service decomposition, API design, monitoring, observability).
• Hands-on backend experience with Express, Fastify, or similar frameworks; willingness to learn Encore (Encore experience preferred).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and working with ORMs (Prisma, Drizzle) on PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Daily use of AI tools to support and accelerate development.
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to ship high-quality features consistently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NestJS or other Node.js frameworks.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, message queues (BullMQ), and Redis caching.
• Cloud deployment experience (Vercel, AWS, GCP), Docker, and Infrastructure as Code basics.

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to lead and drive our on-premises business engagements. This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale solutions in complex customer environments. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers, bridging Customer Success, R&D, and Product Management, and acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
You will help customers architect secure, scalable, and high-performing deployments, oversee complex upgrades, and ensure the overall success of on-premises implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for on-premises deployments and upgrades.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their infrastructure, security requirements, and business objectives.
• Architect and design on-premises deployments aligned with customer needs, best practices, and security principles.
• Drive deployment, integration, and optimization of platforms in customer environments.
• Perform and oversee complex upgrades, migrations, and architecture transformations.
• Act as the escalation point for on-premises technical and deployment challenges.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Support teams to drive continuous improvement and provide structured customer feedback.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Professional Services and support engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or solution architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in on-premises deployments, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
• Deep understanding of security architectures, endpoint protection, and defense-in-depth concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows Server, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, high-availability enterprise deployments.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, capable of translating technical solutions into business value.
• Experience working with Professional Services teams and managing customer escalations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in mission-critical environments.

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, OSCP, CEH, or similar.
• Experience with endpoint detection & response (EDR), SIEM, or threat intelligence platforms.
• Working knowledge of cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD processes for product deployment and upgrades.
• Scripting or programming familiarity (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops, customer briefings, and architecture reviews.
