On behalf of our Client from Netherlands, Mobilunity is looking for a Technical Lead.

Our Client is building a powerful new SaaS platform for premium restaurants to manage their own e-commerce, visibility, and retentionβ€”replacing tools like Shopify, Mailchimp, and Clavio with a tailored all-in-one solution.

To support this transformation, we’re seeking a hands-on Technical Lead who will architect solutions, guide developers, and collaborate deeply with product and business stakeholders. You’ll drive engineering decisions and ensure the delivery of scalable, clean, and reliable systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead architecture and technical decisions for the team.
    • Actively contribute code in both Python (Django/FastAPI) and React/Next.js.
    • Own system design and code quality across services.
    • Guide and mentor developers in best practices, testing, and performance.
    • Collaborate with product managers to refine specs and delivery goals.
    • Drive technical execution across backend, frontend, and deployment layers.
    • Interested in use of AI/code tools to improve engineering efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years in full-stack engineering (Python, Django, React/Next.js).
    • Experience building and scaling SaaS or multi-tenant architectures.
    • Comfortable with PostgreSQL and GCP-based environments.
    • Strong system design, testing, and debugging skills.
    • Experience leading engineers in agile, product-oriented teams.
    • Pragmatic, collaborative, and product-minded.

    Nice to Have:

    • Previous leadership in fast-paced startups.
    • E-commerce, hospitality, or foodtech experience.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted development environments (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).

    Tech Stack:

    • Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI.
    • Frontend: React, Next.js.
    • DB: PostgreSQL.
    • Cloud: GCP.
    • Process: Agile, AI-enhanced workflows.
    • Tools: Cursor, Copilot, Slack, Figma.

    In return we offer:

    • The friendliest community of like-minded IT-people.
    • Open knowledge-sharing environment β€” exclusive access to a rich pool of colleagues willing to share their endless insights into the broadest variety of modern technologies.
    • Perfect office location in the city-center (900m from Lukyanivska metro station with a green and spacious neighborhood) or remote mode engagement: you can choose a convenient one for you, with a possibility to fit together both.
    • No open-spaces setup β€” separate rooms for every team’s comfort and multiple lounge and gaming zones.
    • English classes in 1-to-1 & group modes with elements of gamification.
    • Neverending fun: sports events, tournaments, music band, multiple affinity groups.

We’re the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we’re accelerating.

    Role overview
You’ll own the practical rollout of AI across iSpeedToLead - from aligning stakeholders to shipping automations that teams actually use. The goal is simple: turn AI initiatives into measurable business results and smooth user-facing experiences by connecting engineering work with day-to-day operations.

    πŸ”§ What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Plan and manage timelines, scope, and delivery, removing blockers to keep projects on track
    • Troubleshoot issues during rollout and ensure AI tools integrate cleanly into existing workflows and systems
    • Train internal teams on new AI-driven tools and define simple adoption playbooks so usage sticks
    • Build and optimize automation workflows in Make.com using APIs, webhooks, and AI model capabilities
    • Design, refine, and maintain prompts and response formats (including structured JSON outputs) for reliable system integrations

βœ… What Makes You a Strong Fit:

    • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, AI implementation, automation, or integration roles
    • Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, including Assistants, model selection, and function calling
    • Advanced prompt engineering skills, including behavior tuning and managing edge cases in production use
    • Working knowledge of model differences across OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock/Amazon Q
    • Strong Make.com experience building automations with webhooks, API calls, error handling, and monitoring
    • Practical experience integrating speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools into workflows
    • Confidence working with JSON formatting and dynamic parameter mapping for dashboards, tools, or UIs
    • Experience shipping AI agents or model-powered features into live workflows used by real teams
    • Strong communication skills - you can explain AI behavior and limitations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
    • English level B2+ - used daily for documentation, cross-team communication, and working with global tools and APIs

    βž• Bonus if you have:

    • Experience implementing AI in SaaS, marketplaces, or real estate tech products
    • Familiarity with Zapier and work tools like Jira, Slack, Notion, Monday.com, or Trello
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and running predictable delivery rituals
    • Basic understanding of ML concepts, data structuring, and how model performance is evaluated in practice

🎁 Why You’ll Love It Here:

    • You’ll work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where data drives every decision
    • Your work will ship fast and impact thousands of users
    • High autonomy, low bureaucracy: we trust you to own your domain
    • Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication

    Java/Kotlin Engineer (Finance Engineering)

Our Mission and Vision At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders β€” the ones shaping the digital economy β€” with the financial infrastructure they deserve....

    Our Mission and Vision

At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders β€” the ones shaping the digital economy β€” with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.

    About the Team and Role

We’re looking for a Kotlin Engineer to join our Finance Engineering team, which builds the finance system. It's essentially a highly powerful calculator that helps businesses run smoothly. The goal is simple: ensure that every dollar merchants and Solidgate earn ends up in their accounts correctly and on time.

We process over 18 million payments every month, generating fees based on each individual's specific settings. This affects automated payouts and financial reports.

Why it may be your next big move

Impactful work. Build a mission-critical platform that directly affects the products you use every day. We’re defining what future Solidgate financial contracts will look like.

Collaboration with experts. Work alongside engineers who built systems at Amazon, Revolut, Wix, and other world-class products.

Solve complex challenges. Design solutions for sophisticated financial logic while optimizing for reliability, observability, throughput, and scalability.

Autonomy & ownership. Own your work end-to-end β€” from design to deployment β€” and see the direct business impact of your decisions.

AI-assisted engineering: We invest in developer productivity by fully covering tools like GitHub Copilot, Windsurf/Cursor, and Coderabbit. You’ll write less boilerplate, ship faster, and focus on solving real problems β€” not fighting with repetitive code.

Why is it the perfect time to join?

We’re building a next-generation financial system from scratch β€” not refactoring legacy code.

We’re standardizing fee calculation logic, making configuration transparent and modular, and laying the groundwork for new financial modules such as pricing, billing, ledger, and more.

Explore our technology stack ➑️ here (https://solidgate-tech.github.io/)

    What You’ll Drive

    • Architecture & Implementation. Design and implement end-to-end solutions for commissions, agreements, financial reporting, and other features for merchants and internal users.
    • Extreme Ownership. Take responsibility for outcomes β€” not just tasks β€” ensuring quality, clarity, and effectiveness across the project lifecycle.
    • Competence Growth & Contribution. Actively share knowledge, initiate improvements, and drive both product and process enhancements to completion.
    • Partnership with Product & Stakeholders. Participate in planning, clarify requirements, explore trade-offs, and help shape solutions in a transparent, constructive way.
    • High Standards & Engineering Discipline. Write clean, simple code. Maintain clear service contracts. Ensure backward compatibility. Manage safe, reliable migrations.
    • Speed + Quality. Move fast without breaking things β€” balancing delivery velocity with robust engineering practices.

    What We Pay Attention To:
    Technical Mastery

You know your way under the hood:

    • JVM Stack β€” 5+ years of professional experience with JVM technologies, including Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
    • Large Databases β€” Experience working with relational databases exceeding 1TB, optimizing queries for performance.
    • Kafka β€” hands-on work with Kafka and a solid understanding of key consumer metrics and operational considerations.

    Mindset & Impact

You don’t just ship code β€” you own outcomes:

    • Product mindset β€” You think end-to-end and build solutions that solve real user problems.
    • Ownership & independence β€” You drive projects forward and take responsibility for decisions.
    • Ability to learn quickly β€” You pick up new technologies and patterns without waiting for instructions.
    • High standards & accountability β€” You deliver reliable systems and hold yourself to exceptional quality.

The Points That Make You Stand Out

    • Experience with Kafka Streams, SQS, S3, Redshift
    • Background in Fintech, especially in payments, billing, or financial processing

    Why Solidgate?

    High-impact role. You’re not inheriting a perfect system β€” you’re building one.

Massive growth opportunity. Solidgate is scaling rapidly β€” this role will be a career-defining move.

Modern engineering culture. TBDs, code reviews, solid testing practices, metrics, alerts, and fully automated CI/CD.

Top-tier tech team. Work alongside our driving force β€” a proven, results-driven engineering team that delivers. We’re also early adopters of cutting-edge fraud and chargeback prevention technologies from the Schemes.

Great product. We’ve built a fintech powerhouse that scales fast. Solidgate isn’t just an orchestration player β€” it’s the financial infrastructure for modern Internet businesses. From subscriptions to chargeback management, fraud prevention, and indirect tax β€” we’ve got it covered. We hold financial licenses in key regions and are a direct Visa & Mastercard partner and sub-reseller (top 5 globally).

πŸ’Œ The Extras: 30+ days off, unlimited sick leave, free office meals, health coverage, and Apple gear to keep you productive. Courses, conferences, sports and wellness benefits β€” all designed for ideas, focus, and fun.

Tomorrow’s fintech needs your mindset. Come build it with us.

πŸ«‚ Know top talent? We’re always on the lookout. Recommend someone for our role, and if they get hired, there’s a bonus waiting for you β€” simple as that.

Roblox Game Lead - Lua Generalist - Lead our Game Studio – Lua / Animation / Rapid Prototyping to $1000

I run a roblox game studio and a SaaS pipeline. I need a Game Lead who can take over the studio side. Our timelines are wonky, our scope pivots fast, and the freelancers we work with are far from what you'd find in an office. I need someone who can 'glue' it all together.

    The Mission:

    • Manage a decentralized team of game coders.
    • Ground up Lua scripting and ship weekly updates.
    • Handle (or oversee) basic animation and texturingβ€”you need to understand the 'feel' of the game, not just the logic.
    • Pivot at a moment's notice. If a mechanic isn't working on Tuesday, we change it by Wednesday.

    Who you are:

    • A Lua expert who understands game loops and performance.
    • Someone with a 'get it done' mindset over 'perfect code.'
    • Experience with visual assets (Blender, or similar) is basically necessary
    • Understands Dopamine loops
    • That friction in the right place creates sales, wrong place loses retention

In exchange, I offer high autonomy, a direct line to the founder.

If you're it answer these questions to move forwards:

    1. Describe a time a game mechanic was fundamentally broken or hated by players 48 hours before a patch. How did you pivot the logic, and what did you 'cut' to make sure the update still went out on time?

    2. What to you is the most important aspect of a game? What kills it and what keeps a live service game alive?

    3. What is the hardest technical difficulty or system you've overcome, and how'd you bridge this challenge?

    4. In taking on this roll, what do you need from me? When does a technical problem become a problem I'm made aware of?

Also: send over projects you've done; assets you've created- and systems you've made.
