Your background:

• proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, Journalist, or similar role;
  strong written English skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and well-structured content;
• experience writing articles for LinkedIn, blogs, online media, or tech-related platforms;
• understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices;
• strong research skills and ability to quickly dive into complex industries and topics;
• interest in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic ecosystem, or willingness to deeply learn the industry;
• understanding of tone of voice principles and ability to adapt communication style for different audiences;
• experience using AI tools to support content creation and research processes;
  ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently;

Основні обов’язки

- Ведення SEO-задач по клієнтських проєктах
- Збір і кластеризація семантичного ядра
- Підготовка технічних завдань для копірайтерів
- Перевірка, редагування та SEO-оптимізація текстів
- Публікація та оптимізація контенту на сайтах, зокрема на WordPress
- Робота з метатегами: Title, Description, H1
- Оптимізація структури сторінок, заголовків, внутрішніх посилань і базових SEO-елементів
- Пошук і аналіз конкурентів у видачі
- Підготовка базових SEO-аудитів за чеклістами
- Контроль індексації сторінок і технічних помилок
- Робота з Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Sheets
- Лінкбілдинг: пошук майданчиків, підготовка анкор-листів, комунікація щодо розміщень, контроль публікацій і ведення таблиць
- Самостійне внесення базових SEO-правок на сайті, якщо це не потребує залучення розробника
- Повноцінне ведення SEO-проєктів через таск-менеджер: дошки, задачі, статуси, дедлайни, пріоритети, контроль виконання
- Підготовка регулярних звітів по позиціях, трафіку, лінкбілдингу та виконаних роботах

Опис вакансії

Ми шукаємо Chief Editor для керівництва напрямком Esports/Games. Ця роль відповідає за редакційний голос, якість і швидкість роботи esports/гейм-редакції. Ідеальний кандидат поєднує сильне управління командою з глибоким, актуальним розумінням гейм-індустрії.

Основні задачі

• Формувати редакційне бачення та контент-план напрямку Esports/Games
• Керувати esports/гейм-редакцією: журналістами/ едіторами, розподіляти теми, керувати навантаженням і дедлайнами
• Нести фінальну редакційну відповідальність за весь esports/гейм-контент, що публікується на сайті
• Встановлювати редакційні стандарти, style guide та процеси контролю якості для esports/гейм-контенту
• Моніторити турніри, трансфери, патчі та новини гейм-індустрії в реальному часі, забезпечувати швидку реакцію на інфоприводи
• Покращення та підтримка позицій за ключовими комерційними запитами шляхом створення якісного контенту, оновлення контенту та зв'язування відповідних сторінок між собою.
• Впроваджувати SEO-орієнтовані редакційні практики (заголовки, структура, частота публікацій) у координації з Head of Media
• Приймати рішення на основі даних щодо пріоритетів контенту, спираючись на трафік та залученість
• Наймати, онбордити та менторити нових журналістів
   

Що ми очікуємо:

• Від 2-3 років підтвердженого досвіду роботи esports/гейм-журналістом чи едітором
• Відмінні навички письма та редагування англійською (розмовна В2+)
• Глибоке, актуальне розуміння Dota 2, CS та ширшого esports/гейм-простору
• Підтверджений досвід управління або менторства команди райтерів/едіторів
• Досвід роботи з Tier-1 ринками — розуміння очікувань аудиторії, конкурентів і стандартів контенту
• Розуміння того, як працює новинний сайт: публікація, структура, базове SEO, пріоритизація контенту

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи у швидкоплинному цифровому медіа- або affiliate/performance-контент середовищі
