Role Overview
Weβre looking for a part-time Influencer Marketing Manager (B2C) who will own influencer campaigns end-to-end.
This role is fully focused on working with bloggers for bloggers - finding relevant creators, organizing collaborations from scratch, and managing the entire influencer lifecycle: outreach β agreement β brief β creatives β launch β payments β results.
You will work closely with the MilX marketing and growth team and operate with a high level of independence.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Blogger Sourcing
- Research and identify relevant bloggers, YouTube creators, and influencer partners aligned with MilXβs B2C audience
- Focus on monetized creators and creator-business profiles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of influencer partners
Campaign Management (End-to-End)
- Plan, launch, and manage B2C influencer campaigns from scratch
- Communicate and negotiate collaboration terms with influencers
- Organize and manage the full campaign workflow:
- Outreach and pitching
- Signing agreements and approvals
- Preparing influencer briefs and content guidelines
- Coordinating scripts, creatives, and formats
- Content review and approval
- Campaign launch and follow-up
Creative & Execution
- Prepare clear, creator-friendly briefs that translate MilXβs value proposition into authentic content
- Coordinate creative assets (videos, integrations, UGC, reviews, tutorials)
- Ensure messaging is accurate, compliant, and aligned with MilXβs tone of voice
Operations & Payments
- Manage influencer documentation and agreements
- Coordinate payments and track campaign costs
- Ensure smooth logistics and deadlines
Performance & Optimization
- Track campaign performance (installs, leads, CPA, engagement, content quality)
- Collect feedback from creators
- Identify what works, scale successful formats, and optimize future campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2C influencer marketing
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from scratch
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, especially YouTube and blogging
- Experience working with international influencers (US / EU / LATAM / Turkey is a strong plus)
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Highly organized, independent, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working with fintech / SaaS products (fintech or creator tools experience is a big plus)
