The Role

This is a software engineering role, not a traditional IT or DevOps position. We are looking for a Platform Engineer who loves to build products for other developers.

Your "product" is the entire developer experience (DevEx) for our R&D department. Your "customers" are all the other engineers in teams like Tenants, Assets, and Market. Your mission is to build the tools, abstractions, and self-service platforms that make our developers faster, safer, and more productive.

You won't just run RabbitMQ; you will build the "Queue (RabbitMQ) as-a-platform" that other teams consume. You won't just use an API gateway; you will build and maintain the "API gateway as-a-platform" that defines our standards. In this role, you will oversee our customer support team during the shift, guide and mentor the team, and work closely with high-level customer support inquiries.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🦾

• Email processing
• Providing guidance to agents during the shift on customer-related cases
• Consulting with the team on complex or unusual cases
• Managing the break schedule for agents during the shift
• Communicating brand-related updates to the team (via Slack, Zendesk)

• Chat, document and payment processing when required (not daily)

• Have at least one year of experience in the IGaming industry in roles such as Senior Customer Support, Shift Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Experience with SoftSwiss and/or TMA platforms and proficiency in chat and email support. 
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English (this is the official office language).
• Be interested in learning about iGaming and increasing your tech knowledge.
• Be happy to work different shifts: our Customer Services Department is open 24/7 (be ready to have 2-night shifts from 5 weekly.

In this role, you will oversee our Customer Service Team, coordinate and communicate with clients and brands, collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to maintain top service levels, onboard team members for new projects, and handle planning, reporting, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong customer-focused mentality. A degree in project management or business administration, along with previous experience in the IGaming niche is preferred.

• Lead and coordinate the Customer Support and Sales teams.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and outsourced services.
• Manage communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Set tasks for the team, conduct Performance Reviews, and monitor performance.
• Establish KPIs and develop incentive schemes for the team.
• Analyze and improve current processes to enhance efficiency.
• Train and develop team members.
• Prepare reports on team performance and provided services for management.
• Create and manage work schedules for the Customer Support teams to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Create and send monthly performance and activity reports to our clients, ensuring clear communication of team achievements and areas for improvement.

• Development of electronic circuits and devices
• PCB design
• Selection and calculation of electronic components
• Debugging and testing of electronic modules
• Development and firmware programming of microcontrollers
• Participation in the creation of prototypes and experimental samples

Requirements:

• Knowledge of circuit design
• Experience in PCB design
• Understanding of electronic component base
• Knowledge of microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, AVR, ESP, etc.)
• Skills in microcontroller programming (C / C++ — at least a basic level)
• Ability to read and analyse schematics and datasheets
