Middle Project Manager (AI-native and Product-oriented)

About the Company

Our client is a financial technology services provider dedicated to expanding global access to digital assets by building innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Their products provide exchanges, liquidity solutions, and enterprise-grade integrations for clients worldwide. Specialized in building trading solutions, we are looking for a proactive, structured Middle Project Manager to join our engineering and delivery team.

In this role, you will coordinate across cross-functional engineering teams, facilitating end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

What You'll Do

You will drive delivery discipline, alignment, and execution across engineering, product, and client-facing streams:

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full delivery lifecycle for software features, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations from initial planning to release.
• Sprint & Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead Scrum/Kanban rituals—sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate dependencies and maintain close communication between backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and product stakeholders.
• Scope & Risk Management: Track project milestones, identify delivery risks early, resolve blockers, and communicate project status transparently to leadership.
• Requirements & Task Breakdown: Work with engineering leads and product owners to translate broad technical tasks and functional requests into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable work items.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine team workflows and documentation to enhance development velocity and visibility.

Qualifications

• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both written and verbal communication).
• Experience: 2–4 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master in an IT/software development environment.
• AI: Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automations or task-generation workflows in project tracking tools.
• Agile Proficiency: Deep practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern project tracking software (Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar).
• Technical Literacy: Solid conceptual understanding of the software development lifecycle, APIs, deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and web technologies.
• Documentation Skills: Proven track record of creating well-structured project plans, technical task breakdowns, and tracking dashboards.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in Fintech, Web3, Cryptocurrency, or High-Load SaaS platforms.
• Technical background (former developer, QA, or computer science degree).
