About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power System Modelling Engineer / Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the full lifecycle of power system modelling, simulation, and analysis projects. • Lead and manage a team of VIP Managers, ensuring daily operations, shift coverage, and workload distribution.
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs: retention, ARPPU, redeposit rate, second deposit conversion, and individual performance.

• Handle escalated cases and complex communication scenarios.
• Align team efforts with ongoing retention and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Support, PRM, and Analytics teams to ensure full data visibility and optimized player lifecycle management.
