Job Summary
The role focuses on backend development, building and optimizing systems, and integrating AI features to enhance the platform. The position also requires familiarity with DevOps practices to support deployment, monitoring, and scalable operations.

What do you have

• At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, with 3–4 years of professional backend development.
• Strong backend skills in Ruby and Rails (most important).
• Frontend experience with Vanilla JavaScript, Hotwire, StimulusJS, Turbo, TailwindCSS.
• Knowledge of data stores: Postgres, Redis; background job processing with Sidekiq; object storage with S3.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Terraform, networking, and security concepts.
• DevOps skills: CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance, automated deployments, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), monitoring and logging, and performance optimization for production workloads.
• Good English communication skills (B2 level), ready to collaborate effectively in English.

налаштування фаєрволів, пошук та виправлення проблем);
6. виконувати роботи з підтримки функціонування ІР телефонії Міністерства; (адміністрування відомчої
віртуальної АТС FreePBX, налаштування та встановлення IP телефонів користувачів);
7. брати участь в підготовці договорів з закупівлі щодо організації побудови корпоративної комунікаційної
мережі Міністерства, забезпечення доступу підрозділів Міністерства до мережі Інтернет, технічного
обслуговування, серверного та телекомунікаційного обладнання

Кваліфікаційні вимоги:
- Ступінь вищої освіти не нижче бакалавра у сфері комп'ютерних наук, інформаційних технологій або
суміжних галузях.
- Досвід обслуговування серверної або хмарної інфраструктури від 3 років.
- Знання Linux/Windows Server, систем віртуалізації (VMware, KVM, HPE Morpheus).
- Знання мережевих технологій, протоколів безпеки, VPN, firewall.
- Знання та навички роботи з мережевим обладнанням (HP, Fortigate, Dell тощо) буде перевагою.
- Досвід адміністрування систем віртуалізації, серверів та мережевого обладнання від 1 року буде
перевагою.
- Розуміння роботи мережевих протоколів та маршрутизації

Job Description

We are looking for a Google Media Buyer who will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for an in-house product.

We need a specialist who not only knows how to launch ads but also deeply understands funnels, analytics, events, and the final business result in terms of leads and loan issuances.

Key Responsibilities

— Launching and managing Google Ads campaigns;
— Working with Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and App Campaigns;
— Scaling successful campaigns;
— Monitoring customer acquisition costs (CPA / CAC / CPL / CPS);
— Analyzing the full funnel: from click to lead / loan issuance;
— Identifying growth opportunities in campaigns, keywords, ads, landing pages, and events;
— Semantic management: keyword research, clustering, negative keywords, query expansion;
— Testing hypotheses, offers, landing pages, and ad funnels;
— Monitoring traffic quality and conversions;
— Setting up and validating correct event tracking in Google Ads;
— Working with analytics through GA4 / GTM / Firebase / AppsFlyer / Adjust;
— Daily work with performance reporting and metrics.

Requirements

— 2+ years of experience with Google Ads;
— Experience working with performance traffic;
— Mandatory experience in gray/restricted niches: crypto, gambling, betting, fintech, loans, or related verticals;
— Experience launching campaigns for leads, registrations, applications, or loan issuances;

 We are looking for a Full Stack TypeScript Engineer to join the iDeus team and work on a large-scale BIM platform and other high-impact web applications. You will help build complex, interactive products using React, Next.js, NestJS, and modern AI-assisted development workflows.

 

Required Skills:
 

• 3+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js;
• Ability to take ownership of features from architecture to delivery;
• Strong understanding of React internals, rendering lifecycle, and Hooks (including custom hooks);
• Experience with backend development using NestJS;
• Experience designing and integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL);
• Experience with real-time applications and WebSockets;
• Experience with Redux Toolkit or similar state management solutions;
• Experience building complex interactive UIs, including Canvas/WebGL-based interfaces;
