SignalsAPI finds new clients for recruitment, staffing and outsourcing agencies. We watch job boards and company career pages across hundreds of sources and tell you which companies started hiring this morning — with the decision-makers to contact already attached.

Around ten agencies have bought and used it over the past year, and roughly a quarter of the demos we run convert to paid. The product is built, live and priced publicly, and anyone can use the signal explorer without an account.

What we don't have is enough of the right agencies seeing it. That's the whole job.

Who we sell to

Recruitment and staffing agencies of 5–100 people — the ones chasing client companies, not candidates. The buyer is the owner, the MD, or whoever owns revenue. Price isn't the obstacle at that size, and neither is the product. Attention is.

What you'll do

• Get agency owners and revenue leads to claim their 10 free signals.
• Build the target list yourself: firmographics, the agencies' own hiring activity, communities, whatever works. SignalsAPI is a good tool for it.
• Run one channel experiment at a time. We rank by impact, confidence and ease, start at the top, and drop what doesn't produce.
• Write the outreach, load the sequences, follow the ones that bite.
• No demo call needed to convert — the sample signals are the demo.

What we're looking for

• Someone who executes. We have around twenty strategy documents on file and not one of them reached a customer.
• Written English good enough that a UK agency owner replies to it.
• Comfortable with AI tools. We use them throughout and don't care how you produce work as long as it lands.
• Available during central European business hours.
• What you've done matters more than where you did it. Send the CV, but the answer to the question below is what we read first.

Nice to have

• You've sold to recruitment or staffing agencies, or worked in one.

You will design, build, and operate the quality gate system that lets Kooltra ship AI-accelerated code with confidence — in a domain where correctness is non-negotiable. Financial infrastructure doesn't get to "move fast and break things." Your job is to make moving fast and not breaking things a structural property of how we deliver software, rather than a matter of individual discipline.

This is a systems-building role, not a QA role. You won't be writing test cases for other people's features — you'll be architecting the automated, layered verification pipeline that every change flows through, from the first property test to production observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect a layered quality gate system spanning the full delivery lifecycle: property-based testing, unit and integration testing, contract testing, UI and end-to-end testing, CI/CD pipeline gates, and production observability
• Champion test-driven development as a design discipline across the engineering organization — and evolve what TDD means when AI agents are writing a growing share of the code
• Establish property-based testing as a first-class practice for our financial domain logic, where invariants (balances reconcile, events replay deterministically, money is never created or destroyed) matter more than example-based cases
• Design and own CI/CD pipelines that act as structured, automated gates — every merge and deploy earns its way to production through verification, not review-by-heroics
• Build the UI and end-to-end test infrastructure that keeps critical user journeys verified continuously, with the reliability and speed engineers actually trust
• Define the observability architecture — metrics, traces, structured logs, SLOs, and alerting — that closes the loop from "it passed the pipeline" to "it's behaving correctly in production"
• Make quality gates AI-native: verification systems that validate AI-generated code at the volume and velocity AI development produces, and that AI agents themselves can invoke, interpret, and respond to
• Set the standards, golden paths, and tooling that make the well-tested path the easiest path for every engineer and every AI agent on the platform
• Instrument and report on delivery health — escaped defects, flake rates, lead time, change failure rate, time to recovery — and drive them in the right direction
• Partner with platform, product, and compliance teams to ensure the verification layer supports auditability and our regulatory obligations

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience designing test architecture and delivery systems in enterprise or B2B SaaS environments — you've built quality systems, not just used them
• Hands-on expertise with property-based testing (e.g., jqwik, Kotest property testing, fast-check, Hypothesis) and a clear view of where it beats example-based testing
• A genuine test-driven development practice and the ability to teach, model, and scale it as a design discipline
• Proven experience building and operating UI / end-to-end test infrastructure (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) that stays fast and non-flaky at scale
• Strong CI/CD architecture experience — designing pipelines as products, with staged gates, ephemeral environments, and deployment strategies like canary or progressive rollout
• Production observability expertise: metrics, distributed tracing, structured logging, SLOs, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog)
• Proficiency in Kotlin and TypeScript, or deep experience on the JVM with the ability to ramp quickly
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka) and how to test them — contract testing, replay testing, verifying eventual consistency
• Hands-on Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development — and a clear-eyed view of why it makes rigorous automated verification more important, not less
• Excellent communication skills — this role changes how the whole engineering team works, and that requires influence, not just architecture

What is the job

You’ll be the Machine Learning Engineer on a compact, fast-moving team, working directly with the founders. Your mission: design, train, and ship computer-vision models that recognize sports events and generate highlight videos—running both in the cloud and on edge devices.

Responsibilities

• Build & improve CV models – object detection, action recognition, semantic segmentation, tracking, and event classification for multi-camera sports footage.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador – Payments & Crypto Entities to act as the primary relationship
point between our brands and external financial institutions, including banks, EMIs, PSPs, payment
providers and other financial partners.
The role sits at the intersection of Payments, Compliance, MLRO and external financial institutions. The
Brand Ambassador will represent our companies externally, ensure that financial partners clearly
understand the businesses they work with, and ensure that their requirements, concerns and expectations
are properly understood and addressed internally.
This is a relationship-driven role requiring strong communication, commercial awareness, attention to
detail and the ability to understand both sides of a financial relationship.
The person in this role should be comfortable speaking directly with banks and financial institutions,
explaining complex business activities in a clear and credible manner, asking the right questions, identifying
potential issues early and coordinating internally to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Institution Onboarding
 

• Act as the primary contact between the company and banks, EMIs, PSPs and other financial
  institutions during onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Represent the brand and clearly explain its business model, products, customer base, markets, payment flows and operational structure.
• Present relevant information regarding expected transaction volumes, transaction patterns, customer profiles, refund/chargeback activity and other operational metrics.

2. Ongoing Banking & Financial Institution Relationships

• Maintain regular and professional communication with banking and financial institution contacts after onboarding.
• Develop strong working relationships with account managers, compliance officers, risk teams and other relevant contacts.
• Ensure that communication does not only happen when there is a problem.
• Maintain awareness of the expectations, preferences and requirements of each financial partner.
• Monitor communications and identify early signs of dissatisfaction, increased scrutiny or potential account-related issues.

Ensure relevant internal stakeholders are informed of material developments in a timely manner.
 

3. Early Risk Detection & Internal Escalation

The role is expected to act as an early-warning mechanism between the company and its financial partners.

This includes:
 

• Identifying signals that a bank, EMI or PSP may have concerns regarding a brand, transaction activity, customer traffic or business practices.
• Recognising changes in tone, requests for additional information, unusual reviews, increased monitoring or other indicators that may precede a formal escalation.
• Immediately escalating relevant concerns to the MLRO, Compliance, Payments and management teams. 
• Helping the internal team understand exactly what the financial institution is concerned about and what is required to address it.
• Following issues through until the financial institution confirms that the matter has been appropriately resolved.

4. Compliance Reviews & Elevated Risk Situations

• Act as the external representative of the brand during compliance reviews, enhanced due diligence and other elevated reviews initiated by financial institutions.
• Coordinate with the MLRO and Compliance teams to ensure that responses are accurate, consistent and properly supported. 
• Where issues arise from problematic campaigns, traffic sources, customer behaviour, refunds, chargebacks or other operational activity, help manage the communication with the financial
  institution.
• Present the company's position professionally while acknowledging and addressing legitimate concerns.
• Coordinate internally on corrective actions and communicate the relevant remediation back to the financial institution.
• Help protect the relationship with the financial institution while ensuring that the company does not make commitments or representations outside the authority of the relevant internal teams.

5. Payment Recalls, Transaction Issues & Partner Escalations

• Act as a point of contact when banks or financial institutions raise concerns regarding payment recalls, suspicious transactions, customer complaints or other transaction-related matters.
• Coordinate with Payments, Compliance, Risk and the MLRO to establish the facts and determine the appropriate response.
• Ensure that responses to financial institutions are timely, consistent and supported by the relevant information.
• Monitor recurring issues and identify patterns that may require operational or compliance changes.
• Escalate recurring or material issues to management before they develop into a larger relationship or account risk.

6. Internal Coordination

The Brand Ambassador will work closely with:

• MLRO & Compliance – AML, regulatory and financial-crime related matters.
• Payments – payment flows, providers, settlements, transaction activity and operational matters.
• Risk – chargebacks, fraud, traffic quality and customer-related risk.
• Management – strategic relationships, escalations and major financial-institution matters.
• Operations / Marketing, where relevant, to understand activity that may affect the relationship with a financial institution.

The role is expected to ensure that information moves effectively in both directions:

Financial Institution → Company
Requirements, concerns, questions, warnings, changes and expectations.

Company → Financial Institution
Business activity, explanations, documentation, remediation, operational updates and commercial context.

Success in this role is not simply measured by opening new accounts.
The successful Brand Ambassador will help create stable, long-term relationships with financial institutions where partners understand the businesses they support and feel confident communicating
with the company.

• New financial relationships are onboarded efficiently.
  Banks and financial institutions receive clear, accurate and consistent information.
• Internal teams understand external requirements before they become problems.
• Potential banking issues are identified early rather than after an account is restricted or terminated.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who is:

• A strong and confident communicator.
• Comfortable speaking directly with banks, EMIs, PSPs and compliance professionals.
• Able to explain complex business activities clearly and professionally.
• Commercially minded while understanding the importance of compliance and risk.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple financial relationships simultaneously.
• Naturally proactive and able to identify problems before they become escalations.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and defending the company's position professionally.
• Able to understand technical, operational and compliance information without necessarily being the subject-matter expert in each area.
• Trustworthy, discreet and comfortable working with sensitive business and financial information.
• Capable of coordinating several internal departments toward one external response.

Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly valuable:

• Banking or financial institution relationship management.
• Payments / PSP / EMI environments.
• Fintech or crypto businesses.
• Banking onboarding or KYB/KYC.
• AML, compliance or financial crime environments.
• Merchant acquiring or payment operations.
• Account management with banks or financial institutions.
• Corporate banking or correspondent banking relationships.

Direct experience within all of these areas is not required. Strong communication skills, commercial understanding, ownership and the ability to learn complex financial businesses are equally important.

Important Distinction

This is not a pure sales role and not a Compliance or MLRO position.

The Brand Ambassador is the person who ensures that the company and its financial partners understand
each other.

The role requires someone who can confidently represent the company externally, understand what the
bank or financial institution needs, bring that information back to the relevant internal specialists, and then coordinate the response until the matter is resolved.

In difficult situations, this person should be able to stand in front of the financial institution and represent the company professionally — while working closely with the MLRO, Compliance, Payments and Risk teams to ensure that the substance of the response is correct.

Responsibilities

• Reconstruct the argumentative structure of a text: claims, premises, evidence, objections, and the inference relations between them
• Visualize this structure as an argument map/graph with multiple levels of detail — from a high-level overview down to specific, granular points
• Prepare the output so it can objectively demonstrate to the client the logic and structure of the text (or specific gaps)

This is manual analytical work, not automated structure extraction — no background in computational linguistics or argument mining is needed.

Requirements (must-have)

• Strong English, spoken and written (texts and clients are almost always English-speaking)
• Ability to visually represent argumentative structure, not just provide a written conclusion
• Strong analytical thinking — able to back up a conclusion with facts, not just an opinion
