About the role:

As IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the strongest candidates on the market to our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Source a wide range of IT professionals (software developers, QA engineers, PMs, architects, and a lot more)
• Publish vacancies on external resources
• Create a wide Talent pool and update CVs search database
• Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Hiring manager
• Monitor the job market
• Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database, etc.)

• Communicate with candidates on a daily basis

   

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
• Proficiency in Ukrainian
• At least a strong Intermediate English level
• Sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient PC user (Excel, Word)
• Readiness to work remotely, stable electricity and internet
