Product Owner (Web3 / Crypto)

We are looking for a Product Owner to join one of two product directions: a new version of a B2B crypto payments solution or the development of a new B2C crypto wallet.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
• Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and business performance to drive data-informed decisions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear tasks for the development team.
• Prioritize features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate the development process, manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.

• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Web3 / crypto.
• Experience with similar products, such as crypto payments, wallets, or blockchain-based financial solutions.
• Strong Product Management skills, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and product development.
• Solid Project Management experience, including planning, task coordination, and delivery management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics and KPIs.

• Ability to combine strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

   

Nice to have

• Experience launching products from scratch or scaling existing solutions.

• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, crypto transactions, and payment flows.
