• Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security

Why this role exists:

We’re looking for a Chief Product Officer who will execute the company’s product strategy. This role bridges strategy and execution—owning key Casino Turnkey Solution , scaling product processes, and ensuring teams consistently deliver customer-centric, high-impact products.

What you’ll drive:

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy.
• Translate business goals into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategic initiatives across multiple product lines or platforms.

Execution & Delivery

• Oversee product discovery and delivery across teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Drive data-informed decision-making using customer insights, analytics, and market research.
• Ensure strong product lifecycle management from ideation to sunset.

People & Organization

• Lead, mentor, and scale Product Managers and Head of Products.
• Establish best-in-class product processes, rituals, and governance.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership.
• Act as a key escalation point for product risks, trade-offs, and prioritization conflicts.

Operational Excellence

• Improve product planning, roadmap clarity, and execution predictability.

About the project:
We invite you to join our HR team at Geniusee, where people and business growth go hand in hand. As a Middle HR Manager, you will take ownership of HR processes, partner with managers and competency leads, and drive initiatives that shape employee experience across the company. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you will optimize processes, analyze HR data, and design initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and retention. Our HR team is dynamic, flexible, and focused on building an environment where employees thrive and business objectives are achieved.

Primarily looking at candidates from Kyiv.

What will help you succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in IT.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle: pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation, development, performance management, offboarding.
• Experience in employee relations and HR consultations for managers and employees.
• Practical experience with HR processes: onboarding checklists, documentation, HRIS administration, engagement surveys.
• Basic ability to work with HR data (attrition, eNPS, retention) and suggest improvements.
• Experience participating in corporate events, wellbeing, or L&D initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive mindset.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Willingness to visit the Kyiv office 1–2 times per week.

• Support and improve all HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Conduct probation and performance reviews, and facilitate regular 1:1s.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and Competency Leads to address people-related challenges.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including data collection, account setup, equipment preparation, and reporting.
• Contribute to HR initiatives for engagement, wellbeing, and recognition; help track results through HR metrics.
• Support L&D programs, mentorship initiatives, and career development roadmaps.
• Drive internal communication and contribute to employer branding activities (DOU ranking, social media, culture projects).
• Contribute to HR process automation and system improvements.

About Us:

Time2Mobile is a tech-driven team focused on building flexible digital solutions for fintech, e-commerce, logistics, and beyond. We work with data at every stage — from collection to analytics — developing robust infrastructures that power smart, data-driven decisions.

We're currently looking for a Middle Data Engineer to join our team and help build and scale our data systems and pipelines.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Work with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Build and maintain data warehouse/lakehouse solutions
• Collaborate closely with data analysts, data scientists, and backend engineers
• Ensure data quality, implement monitoring and logging
• Participate in architectural and technical decision-making

What We Expect:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, or similar)
• Proficiency in Python for data-related tasks
• Understanding of data warehouse/lakehouse architectures
• Familiarity with scalable data infrastructure best practices
• CI/CD experience is a plus
