About the Role

We are looking for a Web Designer with hands-on experience in Tilda who can not only create visually appealing designs but also independently implement them within the platform (Zero Block, responsive layouts, basic animations). The ideal candidate understands both design and conversion principles and can deliver high-performing landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages in Tilda (including Zero Block)
• Ensure full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Create banners and visual assets for web pages
• Participate in A/B testing and continuously improve conversion rates
• Maintain and update existing pages
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with business goals
  
  Requirements
• Strong experience with Tilda (Zero Block, responsive design, basic integrations)
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Experience creating landing pages
• Confident use of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Leonardo, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

Description

We are redefining the standard of care in mental health. Our platform empowers clinicians by automating administrative burdens—such as note-taking and compliance auditing—using cutting-edge AI and real-time audio analysis. By bridging the gap between clinical sessions and actionable data, we allow providers to focus on what matters most: the patient.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in test automation with a strong focus on mobile applications;
• Strong expertise in Android test automation using UiAutomator and Espresso or Appium, with proven experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing stable automation suites;
• Hands-on experience with mobile testing concepts, including real devices vs emulators, mobile gestures, app lifecycle, and debugging mobile automation issues;
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, SDLC, and testing methodologies;
• Basic experience in web test automation and understanding of cross-browser and responsive testing principles;
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar);
• Experience working with real device testing platforms or device farms;
• Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing;
• Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or similar);
• Experience in Healthcare or other regulated domains is a plus;
• Experience using GenAI tools to support QA and automation workflows;
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-evolving product environment;

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

   

Job responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated tests for Android mobile applications;
• Contribute to web automation coverage as needed, ensuring cross-browser and responsive testing;
• Improve and extend existing automation frameworks using JavaScript and WebdriverIO;
• Build and maintain reliable end-to-end test coverage for mobile and web products;
• Maintain and optimize automated tests on real devices and platforms like BrowserStack;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support their smooth execution;
• Investigate test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and enhance test stability and reliability;
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to improve testability and product quality;
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation practices, and testing standards.

Шукаємо сильного Python/Django-розробника, який прийде як друга ключова людина в бекенді — не "ще один розробник", а партнер до нашого Senior-бекендера по архітектурних рішеннях і критичних частинах системи.

Що будеш робити:

• Розробляти та підтримувати бекенд CRM на Django + DRF + PostgreSQL
• Працювати з Celery (асинхронні задачі, черги, планувальники) і Redis
• Будувати та підтримувати інтеграції з зовнішніми API: маркетплейси, логістика, платежі, ПРРО
• Оптимізувати продуктивність (N+1, індекси, кеш, bulk-операції)
• Брати участь в архітектурних рішеннях — ти не "виконуєш таски", ти впливаєш на те, як продукт росте
• Працювати з інфрою (Docker, CI/CD, Hetzner) — не як девопс, а щоб розуміти, куди катиться твій код

Що для нас важливо:

• 4+ років комерційного досвіду з Python
• Сильний Django + DRF (ORM, міграції, querysets, сигнали, middleware)
• Досвід з PostgreSQL (складні запити, індекси, оптимізація)
• Практика з Celery + Redis — не просто "бачив", а реально робив задачі з чергами
• Досвід побудови інтеграцій через REST API (OAuth, вебхуки, rate limits, idempotency)
• Базові DevOps-навички: Docker, docker-compose, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), робота з VPS (Hetzner/AWS)
• Вміння аргументувати технічні рішення і відстоювати їх

Буде великим плюсом:

• Досвід з українськими інтеграціями: Prom.ua, Rozetka, Нова Пошта, Monobank, Checkbox ПРРО, Horoshop
• Досвід з SaaS-продуктами або CRM/ERP
• Робота з моніторингом і алертингом (Sentry, Prometheus)
• Досвід з WebSocket / real-time оновленнями

We're hiring a Database Developer to build and own the backend database layer at 123cluster.com — a multi-database cluster management platform.

You'll write the PL/pgSQL logic driving cluster management, integrate AI features into database workflows, and optimize pipelines handling large volumes of daily data.

What we're looking for:
Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, PL/pgSQL programming (procedures, functions, triggers), query optimization, and solid relational database fundamentals.

Bonus: experience with pgvector, Debezium/CDC, DuckDB, or other RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
