Web Designer (Tilda)

About the Role

We are looking for a Web Designer with hands-on experience in Tilda who can not only create visually appealing designs but also independently implement them within the platform (Zero Block, responsive layouts, basic animations). The ideal candidate understands both design and conversion principles and can deliver high-performing landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages in Tilda (including Zero Block)
• Ensure full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Create banners and visual assets for web pages
• Participate in A/B testing and continuously improve conversion rates
• Maintain and update existing pages
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with business goals
  
  Requirements
• Strong experience with Tilda (Zero Block, responsive design, basic integrations)
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Experience creating landing pages
• Confident use of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Leonardo, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  
  Nice to Have
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience as a product designer
• Experience with animations and micro-interactions
• Copywriting skills
