About the Role
We are looking for a Game UI Designer to join our production team and help us build the next generation of
real-money casino games (Crash games, RNG table games, and Slots). Your mission is to transform high-level
game logic and wireframes into stunning, high-fidelity user interfaces that enhance the "visual win" experience.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Game Lead Designer and follow established Game Logic
Documents (GLD) and style guides to deliver "premium-by-default" UI components, screens, and assets within
our AI-first workflow.
What you’ll do
• Wireframing: Create initial low-to-mid fidelity wireframes based on Game Logic Documents (GLD) and competitive benchmarking, ensuring that layout patterns follow industry best practices for a specific game mechanic.
• UI Execution: Transform wireframes and design briefs from the Game Lead Designer into polished, final
UI screens for both Landscape and Portrait orientations.
• Design System Maintenance: Build and maintain Game UI Design Systems and component libraries in Figma, ensuring all buttons, meters, and modals are reusable and scalable across the title.
• Asset Implementation: Integrate game assets (symbols, backgrounds, logos) from the Art team into the interface, ensuring perfect visual hierarchy and composition.
• Figma-Centric Handoff: Prepare clean, dev-ready files following our Design Ops and provide clear developer annotations.
• Responsive Adaptation: Ensure the UI remains intuitive and legible across all device types, managing safe areas and flexible layouts for mobile-first play.
• Visual QA: Support the development phase by reviewing builds to ensure implementation matches the
design's spacing, typography, and visual intent.
What you bring (Requirements)
Experience & Hard Skills
• 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer , specifically working on digital products (web/mobile). Experience
in iGaming or gaming is a major advantage.
• Figma Expert: Deep knowledge of components, auto-layout, variants, and variables (tokens). You should be able to build complex UI kits from scratch.
• Strong Visual Craft: Mastery of color theory, typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy. You have a "premium" aesthetic and a sharp eye for detail.
• Academic Foundations: Basic understanding of composition and light/shadow, enabling you to blend UI elements seamlessly with game art.
• AI Tool Literacy: Comfort using AI assistants in your daily workflow (ChatGPT/Gemini for copy, Recraft for vectorizing, etc.).
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of web/mobile constraints, 9-slice guides, and asset optimization for performance.
• English B1+: Ability to understand technical documentation and participate in internal team reviews.
Mindset & Soft Skills
• Execution Focus: You enjoy the "craft" of UI—taking a raw idea and making it look and work perfectly.
• Precision & Discipline: You follow naming conventions and file structures religiously (no messy layers).
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly within established SOPs without sacrificing quality.
• Collaboration: A proactive team player who can take feedback from Game Designers and Creative Directors constructively.
Nice to have
• Visual Arts: Strong sketching or graphic design skills (logos, icons).
• Animation Basics: Ability to create micro-interactions and transitions (Figma prototyping or basic After Effects).
• Multiplayer Knowledge: Familiarity with social UI patterns in crash or community games.
Tools we use
• Figma – Our primary tool for design, system management, and handoff.
• AI Stack – Freepik, Recraft, Gemini, ChatGPT.
