As our Head of Data Science, you will build and scale Scrambly’s data science function from the ground up. You’ll define the long-term strategy and lead hands-on execution across machine learning, personalization, experimentation, forecasting, fraud prevention, and internal decision intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and own Scrambly’s data science roadmap.

  • Develop advanced fraud detection systems using anomaly detection and behavioral modeling.
  • Build scoring systems for event manipulation, multi-accounting, and suspicious behavior.
  • Work with product and operations to design block rules, thresholds, TTC validation systems, and automated risk classification.
  • Monitor fraud trends and proactively identify emerging risks.
• Data Infrastructure & Model Ops
  • Define requirements and collaborate with engineering to build scalable data pipelines for training, inference, experimentation, and monitoring.
  • Define and implement robust MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML models, automated retraining, monitoring, versioning).
  • Ensure reliable data quality, documentation, and metadata standards across the organization.
  • Build infra for LLM workloads: vector DBs, embedding pipelines, prompt evaluation, safety checks.
• Compliance, Privacy & Responsible AI
  • Ensure data science initiatives comply with global privacy regulations (GDPR, Japan APPI, Korea PIPA, CCPA).
  • Work with the DPO/legal team to design privacy-by-design data science solutions.
  • Establish guardrails for responsible, safe, and transparent AI/LLM usage.

• 6+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering roles, at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior ownership position.
• Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc.), and analytics tooling.
• Deep experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise in recommendation systems, personalization, time-series forecasting and/or fraud detection models.
• Experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.) and MLOps best practices.
• Proven skills in translating business goals into data science solutions that drive measurable impact.

About the Role

As the Senior Product Designer at Scrambly, you will own the end-to-end product design direction and shape the complete user experience for millions of users across mobile and web products. You will be both a hands-on designer and the design leader who elevates quality, speed, and product thinking across the entire organization.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will help us create a smooth and positive employee experience at every stage of the journey. This role combines operational HR tasks, internal communications, vendor coordination, and support of learning and cultural initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage employment documentation, including preparing and signing contracts with employees.

• Oversee corporate access management (granting, updating, and revoking access rights).

• Conduct basic research to support HR operations, vendor selection, and internal initiatives.

• Maintain and regularly update the internal HR knowledge base, guidelines, and documentation.

• Support internal communications, including preparing birthday greetings and company-wide announcements.

• Coordinate corporate services and subscriptions, ensuring timely renewals and efficient usage.

Talent Acquisition & Vendor Management

• Handle end-to-end hiring for entry-level and administrative roles (e.g., finance operations, customer support, admin positions).

• Research, identify, and coordinate with external vendors for training, development, and other HR-related services.

• Manage collaboration with contractors and partners.

Employee Experience & Culture

• Organize gifts, greetings, and recognition activities for employees across key milestones and events.

• Manage corporate merchandise inventory, distribution, and related processes.

• Assist in the planning, organization, and administrative support of learning events, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements

Experience:  at least 1, 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Office Management, or a related role.

Industry: experience in the IT industry will be considered a plus.

Knowledge: solid understanding of HR and recruitment processes. Basic skills in research and vendor management.

Tools: experience working with HRM and ATS systems, corporate tools, and access management workflows.

Soft skills: strong organizational and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational tasks.

• Team Building: Очолити процес найму, сформувати сильну команду Go-розробників та налаштувати процеси розробки (Code Review, CI/CD, Documentation).

• Strategy: Спільно з технічним менеджментом реалізувати OKR 2026, де Go буде основним інструментом для нового функціоналу.
