We are looking for an SEO specialist to own search at LegitGrails end to end. We are a luxury authentication platform running several web properties: our main storefront, which is on Shopify today, an education platform already in development on React, and a mobile app, alongside a library of 300+ real vs fake authentication guides. This role covers all of them, and the stack underneath it will change.

This is a hands-on role, not a strategy-only one. Our on-page work is already strong and our content engine already runs at volume. What we need is someone who can take an audit and actually ship the fixes, then move the things content alone can no longer move: domain authority, referring domain quality, and visibility inside AI answers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Implementing SEO audit recommendations across our web properties, working alongside our developers
• On-page and technical SEO: titles and meta descriptions, schema markup, internal linking, 301s, sitemaps, robots.txt, image alt text, page speed
• Owning our library of 300+ real vs fake authentication guides: reviewing, optimizing and improving what exists, and briefing what comes next at 10 to 15 pieces per month
• Building and coordinating backlink strategy, including vendor selection, brief writing and quality control

We are building and scaling a high-volume, performance-driven newsletter portfolio and we are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to fully own newsletter growth, engagement, retention, and monetization. This is a role for someone who understands newsletters as a revenue channel, not just a publishing task — and who is driven to make ours the best in their categories, beating every competitor on engagement and quality.

You will work closely with writers and designers to ensure every send is optimized for opens, clicks, retention, and revenue while maintaining strong editorial quality. You will also own the part of this that most people get wrong: deliverability. 

Your primary mission: own 7 to 10 newsletters to start, drive their engagement and retention to best-in-class levels, and scale the portfolio beyond that as you prove the model. This is an IC role with room to build a team around you as the portfolio grows. We are looking for a proactive contributor who is comfortable pushing the limits — someone who is not satisfied matching the competition but determined to beat it. If you treat email as a growth engine and you have the deliverability chops to protect it at scale, this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Engagement, retention, and newsletter performance

• Own engagement and retention as the primary KPIs of the role — opens, clicks, and active subscriber rates are what you live and die by
• Own end-to-end newsletter strategy, publishing, and optimization across the full portfolio, starting with 7 to 10 properties
• Relentlessly find new ways to make our newsletters the best in their categories — study what competitors do, then do it better, and find the angles they have not thought of
• Optimize subject lines, preheaders, layouts, CTAs, and content flow against engagement, retention, and revenue
• Build and run retention programs that keep subscribers active and reduce churn over the full subscriber lifecycle
• Maintain consistent, high-quality publishing schedules across every newsletter — nothing slips, nothing goes out late

Deliverability and sender reputation

• Own deliverability end to end — inbox placement, sender scores, bounce management, and domain health across all sending infrastructure
• Monitor deliverability at the ISP level: know the rules and thresholds of each major provider, watch complaint rates independently per ISP, and pause or throttle sends by ISP when the data demands it
• Manage sending domains, IP pools, warm-up schedules, and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) with precision — no cowboy sends, no shortcuts
• Diagnose and resolve deliverability issues yourself before they become crises — authentication failures, spam trap exposure, blacklisting, FBL complaints — without deferring to platform support
• Use engagement data to protect inbox placement: know when to use openers versus clickers, how to manage sending to engaged versus dormant segments, and how to keep reputation strong across a high-volume portfolio
• Stay ahead of inbox provider algorithm changes and compliance shifts that affect delivery
• Where cold email is used for growth or partnerships, keep it on completely separate infrastructure from newsletter sending — protecting warm deliverability is non-negotiable

List health and hygiene

• Own list quality as a strategic asset across all properties — suppression management, re-engagement campaigns, sunset policies, and ongoing hygiene
• Design and execute re-engagement programs that recover dormant subscribers without damaging sender reputation in the process
• Build segmentation logic that ensures the right messages reach the right subscribers at the right time
• Set clear quality thresholds for subscriber health and act on them — know when to clean and have the discipline to do it

Monetization and advertising

• Integrate ads natively within newsletters to maximize CTR and revenue without harming reader trust
• Test ad placements, formats, and messaging continuously — and know exactly where the line is between revenue and reader fatigue
• Analyze monetization performance across the portfolio and continuously improve the strategy based on what the data shows
• Work closely with monetization partners to package inventory and report performance accurately and credibly
• Track revenue per send and revenue per subscriber as core metrics, not afterthoughts

Growth, experimentation, and best-in-class quality

• Proactively push the limits of what the newsletters can do — test new formats, content angles, engagement mechanics, and growth tactics that competitors are not trying

Responsibilities:

• AML Frameworks: Lead and maintain AML/CFT compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• AML Policies & Procedures: Develop, review, and enhance AML-related policies and procedures, including KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, and financial crime prevention measures.

Requirements:

• Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in AML, Compliance, Financial Regulatory Law, or related legal practice within regulated financial environments.
• Education: Law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law / Legal Studies).
• Domain: Hands-on experience within fintech, crypto, banking, payment institutions (PSP/EMI), VASP, or other regulated financial services sectors.
• AML Expertise: Practical experience designing, implementing, and maintaining AML frameworks and financial crime prevention programs.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, FATF Recommendations, risk-based approaches (RBA), and international AML standards.

We're looking for a strong Product Owner / Product Manager who will take full ownership of the product, from product vision and roadmap to individual features, the backlog, and day-to-day work with the team. 
The role's core focus is Activation and Retention: from onboarding and first value to regular usage and user return.
 

About the role

This is a hands-on product role on an AI-native team, where you own both the foundational PO responsibilities: product vision, roadmap, backlog, delivery, team leadership; and the growth side: funnel, experiments, and retention. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Data, Design, Engineering, and Marketing, turning business goals, user behavior data, and market insights into concrete product decisions.
 

Your area of ownership is the whole product: from the product backlog and roadmap to the post-acquisition user journey (Signup → Onboarding → Activation → Engagement → Retention).

• Shape the product itself: launch new features and product experiences, working with Design and Engineering from problem definition through post-launch analysis.
• Analyze retention, churn, cohorts, and behavioral data, uncover root causes of early churn, and develop lifecycle and re-engagement mechanics.
• Design and test trigger-based email sequences and in-app communications for activation and retention.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments, define success metrics, and make decisions based on results.
