We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to help us identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

What you’ll do

You’ll own the full sales cycle for IT outsourcing and custom software development services — from presenting our capabilities and understanding client needs to negotiating terms, closing deals, and managing client relationships.

You’ll work closely with our team to match client needs — including web/mobile development, dedicated teams, staff augmentation, and technical consulting — with the right solution and proposal.

You’ll also help us build a predictable and repeatable sales pipeline rather than relying on one-off wins.

Responsibilities include

• Running discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their technical and business needs.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, estimates, and pitch materials in coordination with our delivery/PM team.
• Negotiating contract terms and closing deals under Fixed Price and Time & Material models.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management — ideally within IT outsourcing, software development, or a related B2B services/agency environment.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written — you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients across the US, UK, and Europe.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Familiarity with software development terminology and project models such as Fixed Price, T&M, Dedicated Team, and Staff Augmentation is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with commission-based incentives.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Engagement terms

About the role

We are looking for a Middle Data Engineer to help modernize a 15-year-old data warehouse into a governed Databricks Lakehouse. You will build batch and streaming pipelines with PySpark and Delta Lake, following a medallion architecture across bronze, silver, and gold layers. At Zutobi, content is not a supporting function. It is the foundation of our product.

We don’t just sell access to lessons or tests. We sell a learning experience: we take complex, often boring driving education content and make it clear, engaging, and useful for users.

EducateMe is an AI-native learning platform for growing US companies. We're hiring a growth operator to own a new acquisition channel: AI search.

You'll be measured on the number of SQL, not articles.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, "what's the best LMS for a 200-person behavioral health company?" — your job is to make sure EducateMe is in the answer. That's the whole role: owning how AI assistants see, describe, and recommend us.

This is not a content manager position. Content production is ~30% of the job, and even that part is operating our AI content engine (Claude-based pipeline): prompting, editing, injecting real customer specifics, shipping. Nobody here writes articles from scratch since we operate the AI-powered content engine

What you'll own:

The channel and its number. Your KPI is AI-attributed demos/month, with citation share on our target prompt set as the leading indicator.

1. On-site assets — run the AI content engine: comparison and alternative pages, pricing content, question pages, case studies. You maintain the money pages that AI assistants cite.
2. Off-site presence — manage the Reddit agency relationship, pitch industry listicles (eLearning Industry and similar), own our G2/Capterra profiles and the review pipeline (with our CSM), keep the YouTube listing-video cadence running.
3. Measurement — monthly money-prompt tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode; demo attribution analysis; a monthly "what moved and why" readout to the founder.
4. Sales enablement spillover — case studies, one-pagers, and snippets flowing to our outbound SDR and founder-led deals. The same assets serve both.

Requirements

• AI-native. Daily user of ChatGPT/Claude — you have an intuition for how AI assistants compose answers and pick what to recommend.
• Channel ownership experience. You've run a growth channel to a measurable result: traffic, leads, revenue. Any channel counts, including your own project (a site, a community, a Telegram channel you grew).
• Data-comfortable. You read analytics without hand-holding and find answers in data yourself.
• Strong written English (C1). Editing and judgment matter more than prose.

• Manage seamless Shopify integrations, Shopify Admin APIs, and third-party apps and analytics (Klaviyo, Meta Pixel, GTM).
• Optimize store loading speed, performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates (CRO).
• Leverage AI-assisted SDLC management practices (specifically Claude Code) to accelerate feature development, refactoring, and quality control.
• Design relational databases (PostgreSQL) using TypeORM, implement Redis caching, and containerize services with Docker for deployment via CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Manage, guide, and mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster technical growth across the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial full-stack software engineering experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Mastery of Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and modern backend architecture principles.
• Deep expertise in Shopify / Shopify Plus platform development, including custom Themes, Liquid, Admin APIs, and app ecosystem integrations.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer (Squad Lead) to join a fast-paced, AI-first environment where AI is already a core part of how the company operates. This is not a role where you’ll be adding an AI feature to an existing product or experimenting with isolated prototypes. You’ll take real business challenges, work directly with stakeholders to understand what needs to change, and turn those problems into production-grade AI agents and applications — end to end, from idea and POC to deployment and continuous improvement.

This is a deeply hands-on role with significant autonomy and ownership. You’ll work with modern GenAI and agentic technologies, use AI-native development workflows daily, and see the impact of your solutions quickly. As the squad grows, you’ll also guide other engineers while remaining hands-on.
