As a Client Success Manager, you will be fully accountable for the success of a portfolio of brand clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and internal advocate for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, transparent communication, and measurable business results.
You will own the client relationship end-to-end, from onboarding and strategic reviews to performance discussions, expectation management, escalation handling, and long-term retention.
