About the Role:

You will join a cross-functional development team responsible for core backend services that directly impact end users. The role offers full ownership of feature delivery—from reviewing product requirements and defining technical designs alongside architects and product managers, through to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production. You will serve as first-line support for your services, proactively identify and address reliability and performance issues, and collaborate with other teams to ensure end-to-end system integrity. We are looking for a hands-on editor who can work with both AI-generated content and traditional fitness footage, combining everything into polished, engaging short-form video ads.

This is an execution-focused role. You will receive detailed tasks, scripts, references, and creative direction from our Creative Strategist through Jira and Notion. You will not be expected to develop full creative concepts or marketing strategies from scratch.

What you will do

• Produce short-form video ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other performance marketing channels.
