💼 Key Responsibilities

• Building the Commercial Function from Scratch: Take full ownership of designing, establishing, and launching the company's commercial infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Affiliate, and Account Management within an early-stage environment.
• Marketing & Market Positioning: Oversee marketing strategies to support the market positioning and commercial expansion of PaySaxas' core financial infrastructure products. Align marketing
  initiatives with sales efforts to establish a scalable go-to-market (GTM) and revenue framework.

🛠 Required Skills and Qualifications

•  Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience within regulated fintech, payment providers, Banks, EMI, PSP, MSB, VASP/CASP, BaaS, embedded finance, or cross-border financial infrastructure
  environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of dedicated IBAN infrastructure, SEPA/SEPA Instant, SWIFT, safeguarding structures, correspondent banking, onboarding/KYB workflows, transaction

About the role

We are building our business intelligence capability from the ground up and have not yet committed to a BI platform. We're looking for a hands-on BI expert who has worked across multiple BI tools, can evaluate the options against our real needs — data security, scalability, cost, embeddability — recommend the right stack, and then implement it end to end.

This is both a decision-making and a build role. You won't inherit a fixed toolset; you'll help define it.

What you'll own

Phase 1 — Evaluate & select

• Audit our data sources, reporting needs, stakeholders, and constraints (security, budget, team skills).

AdShip is a Dutch agency running Google Ads for 34 dropshipping and D2C stores, with around EUR 200,000 in monthly ad spend across the accounts. We are looking for one person to own that delivery. You are being hired to become the person who runs AdShip. The owner does that today and wants to hand it over. Within six to twelve months you own delivery end to end and the title becomes COO.

The job has three parts

• Watch the AI. Most small accounts are optimised by an automated layer that makes changes on its own inside guardrails. You read every run, judge whether the change was right, and tighten the guardrails when it was not.
• Run the big accounts yourself: structure, bidding, budget, scaling.
• Steer one part-time specialist and review his work.

On top of that comes the part nobody is doing right now: making the service better. We want someone who says on his own that a client has a landing page problem rather than a Google Ads problem, that a product feed is leaving search volume on the table, or that the money is in the checkout. About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build a structured, high-performing marketing function that accelerates growth across our entire business portfolio — both B2C and B2B.

B2C Growth & Customer Lifecycle Develop the acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and lifetime-value programs that grow our consumer-facing businesses — from awareness and activation through repeat usage, referrals, and advocacy. Use customer insight, behavioral data, and NPS to find growth opportunities, and identify ways to move customers across products and services within the Nova Global ecosystem.

Performance Marketing, Investment & Analytics Own and manage the marketing budget across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email, CRM, Content, Partnerships, and Events, with a clear ROI-driven framework for allocating investment across businesses, products, markets, and channels. Monitor CAC, CPL, conversion, revenue contribution, and retention to continuously improve efficiency, and build the attribution, reporting, and marketing-ops infrastructure — automation, CRM processes, campaign orchestration, dashboards — that connects marketing activity transparently to business results.
