    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare audit documentation, respond to auditor queries, and participate in audit sessions
    • Execute and verify monthly/quarterly/annual security procedures (lightweight, checklist-based)
    • Conduct annual security training and manage signature collection
    • Keep internal security/compliance documentation up to date
    • Review and approve production changes (e.g. infra configs, commands affecting secret files)
    • Receive and investigate alerts β€” determine if tied to approved work or potential threats
    • Contribute to the design of secure flows for systems handling sensitive data (e.g., keys, KYC, transactions)

       

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3–5+ years in security, audit, or production governance (FinTech/BaaS preferred)

    Position overview:

    As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Graphio.ai, you will collaborate closely with delivery teams to uncover customer needs, define solutions, help close deals, and kick off new engagements. You will deeply engage with customers to understand their pain points and craft compelling, innovative solutions spanning various technologies and practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Engagement: Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions that convey our value propositions effectively.
