Required:

• 3+ years of commercial Java development experience
• Strong expertise in building and maintaining production-grade REST APIs

Основні обов’язки:

• Розробка стратегії affiliate/influencer-маркетингу.: планування кампаній з урахуванням цільової аудиторії та KPI.
• Пошук, відбір і налагодження довгострокових відносин з релевантними інфлюенсерами.
• Ведення переговорів, підписання угод, контроль за виконанням умов колаборацій.
• Моніторинг результатів кампаній (охоплення, залучення, конверсії), аналіз ефективності та підготовка звітів.
• Тестування нових форматів співпраці з мікро-, макро- та нано-інфлюенсерами.
• Бюджетування, звітність і оптимізація витрат на кампанії.
• Вивчення ринку: тренди, конкуренти, нові платформи.
  
  Вимоги:
• Досвід роботи з інфлюенсерами (від 2 років).
• Практичні навички планування, запуску та аналізу кампаній.
• Розуміння платформи TikTok, Instagram, YouTube та механік залучення аудиторії.
• Сильні комунікативні та переговорні навички.
• Вміння працювати з KPI та аналітикою (наприклад, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
