🚀 Role Mission
You will be responsible for managing paid traffic across key platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Your main goal is to launch, scale, and optimize campaigns that drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
🎯 Daily Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize PPC campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
- Forecast budgets and monitor campaign performance across accounts
- Develop and implement PPC strategies for various products
- Analyze competitors and automate processes to increase efficiency
- Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, JAR, Amplitude) to inform decisions
- Launch campaigns from scratch and scale existing ones
🔧 Platforms & Tools
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — primary focus
- Google Ads — key platform for search campaigns
- TikTok Ads — additional channel for experimentation
- Bing Ads — a plus
- Confident in Excel/Google Sheets
- Automation and analytics for campaign optimization

- Cost per conversion (CPL, CPA)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- LTV (Customer Lifetime Value)
- Ability to optimize campaigns and analytics to improve results
🎓 Candidate Profile & Requirements
Hard Skills:
- 2+ years experience with Google Ads
- 2–3 years experience with Meta Ads (middle level)
- Knowledge of advertising objectives, A/B testing, and attribution models
- TikTok Ads experience is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Proactive, able to work independently and in a team
Language:
- English level B1–B2

🔍 Responsibilities:- Analyze player behavior and key product metrics: DAU, MAU, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, Retention, Churn.
- Identify anomalies and growth opportunities: quickly spot deviations and trends.
- Analyze traffic performance by channel (CPA, RevShare, Media Buying, SEO, etc.): from click to FTD, CR, ROI, ARPU.
- Segment users and traffic sources by value (LTV cohorts, ROI, payback periods).
- Calculate and visualize key casino KPIs: GGR, NGR, FTD, Conversion Rate, Hold %, Bonus Abuse, etc.
- Work with affiliate traffic: detect fraud, multi-accounting, low-quality sources.
- Participate in building ETL pipelines and event-based data models.
- Write SQL queries and work directly with the replica database (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Build dashboards and reports in BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, etc.).
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to analyze promo campaigns, email performance, A/B tests, and more.
✅ Requirements:- 1+ year of experience in iGaming / Gambling analytics.
- Solid understanding of core online casino metrics: FTD, ARPU, LTV, Hold %, Churn, ROI, etc.
- Confident in SQL: window functions, subqueries, aggregations.
- Understanding of BI/ETL infrastructure and event-based data models.
- Strong product mindset: you understand how data drives growth.
- Skills in data visualization and dashboard building.
- Comfortable working with raw data and replicas.
- Proactive approach: you don’t wait for tasks — you search for insights.
