Qualifications:

We run an online training business and are hiring a hands-on Technical Operations Engineer to manage our systems and keep everything running smoothly. This is not a basic IT or VA role. You will own and maintain the core systems that run the business, including our learning platform, website, integrations, payments, and internal tools. You will also improve workflows using AI and automation.

⚠️ This role requires a strong IT background. If your experience is mainly in AI tools, no-code automation, or recent learning without real-world system ownership, this role is not a fit.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LearnWorlds (courses, access, bundles, user experience, integrations)
• Own and manage core systems including HubSpot, OnceHub, Fathom, Google Workspace, Brevo, SignNow, Referly, Certifier
