ABOUT THE ROLE  

As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure smooth execution of technical deliveries by maintaining structure across tasks, builds, and milestones, while acting as a key coordination point between engineering, QA, and stakeholders. Instead of traditional CRM triggers alone, engagement and retention are driven through game mechanics – achievement chains, progress bars, and personalized quests – and we need someone who can turn those mechanics into measurable, data-driven strategy. The project focuses on two major streams: 

• Engagement Growth: Driving gamification adoption, modeling guest lifecycle, and applying proactive strategies to increase purchase frequency and deepen engagement. 

• Retention & Loyalty Management: Early churn detection, loyalty preservation, and predictive modeling of customer attrition to implement timely and personalized interventions that reduce churn risk. 

You'll work closely with product, game-mechanic designers, CVM, and the wider Data Science team, and your models will directly shape decisions about quest design, reward economics, and lifecycle communication. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Model customer lifecycle stages inside the gamified platform – from first touch through onboarding to habitual engagement – and identifying where drop-off happens

• Design and A/B test game mechanics meant to convert guests into active app users (first-order quests, achievement chains, milestone rewards)

Roblox is a $3B+ UGC economy where hundreds of small teams build games with real revenue and no infrastructure behind them. We buy those games, take them over, and scale them. Think of it as early-stage M&A in a market with hundreds of targets a year, deals closing in weeks rather than months, and price tags from five to seven figures.

We're looking for a dealmaker to own that pipeline: sourcing, valuation, negotiation, closing. You'll manage the acquisition budget and a small team, and you'll be measured on one thing — return on the capital you deploy.

You don't need to have played Roblox. You need to know how to value a live game, read its metrics, and convince a founder to sell.
 

What you'll do

-Qualify acquisition targets across the platform

-Value games on retention, monetization and growth potential, not on gut feel

-Run negotiations end to end: term sheet, structure (upfront, earnout, rev share), close

-Own the acquisition budget and the ROI on it
 

REQUIREMENTS

What we're looking for

-A track record of closing deals for games or digital products — acquisitions, publishing agreements, licensing, investments. Volume matters more than size: we'd rather see 20 small deals closed than one large one you supported.

-Fluency in game economics: DAU, retention curves, ARPDAU, LTV, payback. You should be able to look at a game's numbers and say what it's worth.

-Strong negotiation skills — most of our sellers are 19-year-old founders with no advisors, and the deal has to be fair enough that they stay on and keep building.

-Excellent written English; most of the pipeline lives in Discord.

Nice to have

-Experience in UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite/UEFN, Minecraft), mobile F2P, hypercasual publishing, or app portfolio acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with the leadership team (Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, PMs and Team Leads) to drive organizational success

• Proactively identifying of problems and risks in your business unit, collaborate with the management team to find effective solutions and mitigate risks
• New leads & managers onboarding, ensuring they are equipped for success in their roles
• Resolving complex employee relations issues (counteroffers, dismissals, conflicts)
• Planning the PDP process and feedback sessions in your business unit 
• Analyzing and evaluating HR metrics

As a Senior C++ Software Engineer on a core product team, you will own the full software development lifecycle for multi-architecture, cross-platform C++ modules that power advanced data processing and analytics systems. You will work in a small, self-sufficient team responsible end-to-end for a customer-facing product, collaborating with software, hardware, and research stakeholders. The role combines feature design and implementation with infrastructure ownership, CI/CD automation, and direct integration with customer environments. You will tackle performance-critical algorithms and complex system design, contribute to product direction, and maintain high standards of code quality in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cross-platform C++ software for Linux and Windows environments.
• Develop and maintain language bindings and interfaces using Python, Java and C#.
• Contribute to the full software development life cycle, including design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of software solutions for advanced test equipment.
• Build systems and CI/CD pipelines with CMake, Bash, Docker and GitHub Actions.
