• Provide technical support and guidance to users, liaising with IT teams and vendors for complex issues
• Participate in shift and out-of-hours support rota to ensure service coverage for critical systems
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members, maintaining documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles

Requirements

• Recent experience with Centura, including coding and debugging
• Familiarity with SQL for investigation, reporting, and remediation
• Experience in software transition and release management, QA/UAT support, and disaster recovery planning
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, use cases, and activity diagrams
• End-to-end support experience including incident and problem management, trend analysis, and post-incident reviews
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification
• Good spoken English

• Familiarity with Sybase DB
• Experience within Investment Management firms with understanding of investment operations

We are looking for a Mobile Developer to help build our next-generation Android and iOS applications. In this role, you will contribute to designing and developing apps using Kotlin Multiplatform. Your goal will be to share core business logic across platforms while ensuring the final user experience remains native, fast, and intuitive for drivers.

Job Responsibilities

• Design fast and efficient Android applications optimized for low memory usage to ensure smooth performance on vehicle hardware
• Lead the development process with a strong focus on driver safety, using code reviews and testing to prevent glitches or distractions
• Mentor junior developers, supporting their technical growth and promoting best engineering practices
• Use SDKs to develop mapping and location features that integrate seamlessly with vehicle dashboard systems
• Stay up to date with the latest Android technologies, including Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, to guide informed technical decisions

Job Requirements

• ~9 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or senior-level role
• Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Jetpack Compose
• Proven experience in developing end-user applications
• Deep understanding of Android platform architecture, lifecycle management, and system constraints
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical excellence and business requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proactive mindset with the ability to lead a standalone team in close cooperation with the customer
• Experience with navigation or mapping services is a plus
