• Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Audit & Strategy

• Conduct a full operational audit together with the founder
• Analyze current CRM provider performance
• Review retention performance and identify weak points
• Evaluate support structure and KPIs
• Develop a clear improvement and scaling roadmap
   

Phase 2 – Build & Scale

• Gradually build internal operational structure
• Establish support and retention teams
• Define and implement SOPs and KPIs
• Optimize workflows and reporting
• Prepare the company for sustainable scaling
   

Long-term goal: transition from outsourced operational model to a stronger in-house structure.

Requirements

Must Have:

• 2–3+ years of experience in iGaming / Online Casino / Betting
• Proven experience managing operations
• Experience with retention & support structures
• Experience building or restructuring operational processes
• Strong understanding of CRM-driven casino operations
• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Hebrew (advantage)
• Russian (advantage)

• Experience working in regulated jurisdictions
