## Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in game art, concept art, illustration, or art direction

* Strong portfolio showcasing high-end concept art, characters, environments, props, and visual development

* Proven experience defining and maintaining visual direction across game products

* Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, lighting, color, perspective, storytelling, and visual hierarchy

* Strong artistic taste and ability to distinguish good art from exceptional art

* Experience mentoring artists and managing quality across teams

* Experience in mobile, casual, casino, social casino, or midcore games

We’re looking for a Head of Creative Marketing to lead and scale our creative function, own the end-to-end creative strategy, and drive growth through high-performing creatives across paid acquisition channels. This is a leadership role with full ownership of creative direction, team building, and performance impact in Tier-1 markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the creative strategy across all paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
• Build and scale a high-performing Creative Marketing Department (designers, copywriters, creators, external vendors)
• Establish and evolve a scalable creative testing system (hypotheses → experimentation → iteration → scaling)
• Drive creative performance through data-driven decision making and close collaboration with UA and Product teams
• Own the creative roadmap and production pipeline aligned with business goals and growth targets
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across UA, Product, Analytics, and Affiliate teams
• Improve creative win-rate, scalability, and speed of production, reducing creative fatigue

About the Project:

Testing of TV streaming applications for an international broadcasting company. The company owns several television channels/brands and has developed state-of-the-art TV streaming applications for Android TV, Android Mobile, iOS, tvOS, Roku, Web, Fire TV platforms, and wants to have a solid QA framework to continuously test these applications.
 

We expect you to do:

Manual testing of digital media applications on different platforms (Android TV, Fire TV, Web, iOS, tvOS, Android Mobile, etc.)
API Testing using Postman
Status reporting
Review of new features’ requirements, review of test-cases, test-case coverage
Investigating and reporting issues
Communication with Client on a daily basis (good English - speaking and written is required)
Configuration of test environment

Requirements:

Eagerness to learn manual testing
Good Requirement analysis skills
Good defects finding and reporting skills
English - Intermediate
Basic knowledge of testing theory (test types, how to write test cases, how to write bug reports, etc.)
Fundamental knowledge of http protocol, proxies (charles), vpn, rest APIs
