We’re looking for a Head of Creative Marketing to lead and scale our creative function, own the end-to-end creative strategy, and drive growth through high-performing creatives across paid acquisition channels. This is a leadership role with full ownership of creative direction, team building, and performance impact in Tier-1 markets.


Responsibilities

  • Own and define the creative strategy across all paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
  • Build and scale a high-performing Creative Marketing Department (designers, copywriters, creators, external vendors)
  • Establish and evolve a scalable creative testing system (hypotheses β†’ experimentation β†’ iteration β†’ scaling)
  • Drive creative performance through data-driven decision making and close collaboration with UA and Product teams
  • Own the creative roadmap and production pipeline aligned with business goals and growth targets
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across UA, Product, Analytics, and Affiliate teams
  • Improve creative win-rate, scalability, and speed of production, reducing creative fatigue
  • Develop and implement best practices for Tier-1 markets (US focus)
  • Mentor and grow the creative team, building a strong ownership and performance culture


Hard skills we value

  • 4+ years in performance marketing / creative strategy / growth, including leadership experience
  • Proven track record of scaling creatives and driving growth in paid channels
  • Strong understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, retention
  • Deep experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
  • Experience building and managing creative testing frameworks at scale
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into creative insights
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets / Excel
  • Solid understanding of the full funnel (creative β†’ LP / quiz β†’ product β†’ monetization)
     

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Tableau / Looker / Amplitude
  • Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, generation, or optimization
  • Background in web-to-web or web-to-app funnels
  • Experience working with US / Tier-1 audiences
  • Experience in subscription-based, dating, or social discovery products
  • Understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and experimentation frameworks
