The Role

• Build and optimise automated customer journeys, including onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and upsell flows.
• Segment the player base by behaviour, lifecycle stage, value, activity, product preferences, and VIP status.
• Plan and manage CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, On-site, and In-app channels.
• Develop and test promotional, bonus, cashback, tournament, and gamification mechanics.
• Create and maintain the CRM campaign calendar in line with product, marketing, and commercial priorities.
• Analyse campaign and player performance using CRM and business metrics.
• Run structured experiments and A/B tests, evaluate results, and scale successful initiatives.
• Improve personalisation and communication relevance across player segments.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of CRM processes, reporting standards, and working practices.
• Present recommendations and support CRM decisions with data and clear business reasoning.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Relevant experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or betting.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention, reactivation, and CRM performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience building automated communication journeys.
• Strong knowledge of player segmentation and personalisation.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Smartico, Optimove, Emarsys, Braze, Fast Track, Customer.io, or similar.
• Experience with bonus, promotional, or gamification mechanics.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into practical decisions.
• Experience running A/B tests and CRM experiments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise initiatives, and take ownership of results.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

It Will Be a Plus:

• Experience managing or mentoring CRM specialists.
• Experience working with several iGaming brands or products.
• Experience with both casino and sportsbook audiences.
• Experience developing a CRM function or improving existing CRM processes.

In this role, you’ll combine AML expertise, quality assurance, investigation, and operational oversight to ensure our financial products and services meet the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.

You’ll work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Management, taking ownership of reviews, monitoring activities, internal controls, and compliance-related communications. What You’ll Own

• Build & improve quality controls - develop, implement, and maintain QA processes that support AML compliance and operational accuracy.
• Identify risks before they escalate - conduct regular audits and reviews of internal processes, controls, and workflows to identify AML-related risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor activity & detect red flags - review transactions and customer activity to identify unusual or potentially suspicious behavior.
• Investigate & escalate - assess suspicious activity and ensure relevant cases are escalated appropriately in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen AML processes - collaborate with Compliance and Operations teams to improve AML controls, procedures, reporting accuracy, and overall efficiency.
• Own compliance communications - monitor incoming compliance-related emails, identify important or urgent matters, and ensure they are properly reported and escalated to management.
• Keep quality at the center - review processes and outputs with a critical eye, identify gaps, and help drive corrective actions.
• Manage multiple priorities - handle several compliance and quality-related tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

• Stay ahead of change - continuously develop your knowledge of AML regulations, regulatory expectations, risk indicators, and industry best practices.

   

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AML compliance, quality assurance, financial crime prevention, or a similar role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of AML regulations, risk-based approaches, transaction monitoring, and compliance best practices.
• Practical experience developing, implementing, or maintaining AML controls and procedures.
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies, patterns, and potential risks.
