At SQUAD, we build hardware and software systems for IoT devices. We are currently forming a new engineering team to develop a new product from the ground up. We are looking for a C++ Engineer with a strong Linux background to join our R&D team. In this role, you will work on the core software components, shape the product architecture alongside hardware and QA engineers, and help turn early concepts into a reliable, production-ready product.

As a C++ Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software features for our new Linux-based product. You will write high-performance C++ code, integrate services, debug system-level issues, and ensure overall software stability.

Responsibilities and Duties

— Design and implement new software features in C++ for Linux-based devices.

— Own features through the full cycle: from initial design and coding to debugging and deployment.

— Write clean, maintainable code, unit tests, and technical documentation.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) to build and scale Meta as a new growth direction within our portfolio of subscription-based products (health&fitness).

You’ll join an experienced Performance team with strong Product, Creative, and Analytics support. The foundation is there -  your role is to bring deep Meta expertise, define how the channel should operate, and build it from the ground up: from the initial setup and testing framework to sustainable scaling.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who is comfortable making decisions, testing quickly, and taking responsibility for channel performance.

As Meta grows, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction further and potentially build a UA team around it.

What you'll do:

• Build the Meta acquisition direction from the ground up: define the setup, processes, testing approach, and scaling strategy.
• Develop and execute Meta growth strategies across subscription-based products.
• Launch campaigns hands-on, validate initial hypotheses, and scale budgets while maintaining healthy unit economics.
• Build an effective creative testing system together with the Creative Producer and Creative team.
• Identify and validate growth opportunities across creatives, audiences, funnels, GEOs, and campaign setups.
• Analyze the full acquisition funnel and work with Product and Analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion.
• Ensure reliable measurement and attribution through Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and other tracking solutions.
• Introduce automation where it creates meaningful efficiency and enables faster scaling.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable processes and scalable best practices.
• Drive Meta performance with a clear focus on sustainable business growth.
   

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience at Senior or Lead level.
• Proven experience with subscription-based digital products.
• Strong Web2Web and/or Web2App experience.
• Proven track record of scaling Meta spend to $500K+ per month while maintaining target economics.
• Experience building and running structured, high-velocity creative testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and performance metrics: CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Payback, Retention, Contribution Margin.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, attribution, and tracking.
• Ability to turn performance data into actionable hypotheses across acquisition, creatives, and funnels.
• Experience working closely with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Experience scaling across US and other Tier-1 markets.

High level of autonomy: you’re comfortable defining what needs to be done, proposing solutions, and moving forward without micromanagement.
