We are currently looking for a Unity Technical Artist.
We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:
- Full-time job;
- Office-based in Kyiv.
You will:
- Predict and implement graphic tools to improve project efficiency.
- Formulate technical requirements for 3D assets, textures, and creation pipelines.
- Develop and implement shaders, considering artistic and technical needs of the project.
- Create and customize visual effects (VFX) in the engine.
- Optimize the rendering and configuration of game objects to achieve maximum performance in Unity.
- Provide technical art support at all stages of development.
- Actively collaborate with 3D artists, animators, and developers to integrate content into Unity.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience with 3D (modeling, texturing, UV rendering) in 3ds Max, Maya or Blender.
- Deep understanding of 3D content creation pipelines (from concept to import into the engine).
- Ability to create and customize shaders in Unity (HLSL, Shader Graph, Amplify).
- Experience with Unity Built-in and Universal rendering pipeline
- Optimization skills (LOD, texture atlases, reducing draw calls).
- Ability to describe technical requirements for art and development teams.
- Basic knowledge of C# (at the level of reading scripts) to automate tasks and integrate with developer code.
