    We partner closely with Google and collaborate with a diverse range of clients across industries. Our projects vary, from building predictive models for e-commerce platforms to anticipate consumer behavior, to helping production companies automate and enhance their inspection processes through AI-driven solutions.
     

    We work with a mix of pre-built models (e.g., Google's Gemini) and custom models, which we fine-tune and deploy based on specific client requirements. Your project allocation will be determined by your skill set and start date, ensuring a strong match for both your expertise and the current project needs.

     

    Our projects typically follow these phases:
     

    • Workshop: In this phase, we engage with clients to understand their challenges, conduct research, and propose tailored AI solutions.
    • Proof of Concept (PoC): Here, we build a prototype to validate the feasibility of the proposed solution.
    • Development: This is where we transition into long-term projects, focusing on the full-scale development and implementation of the solution.
       

    While we primarily use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, we are also equipped to work with a variety of models and cloud services depending on the project's requirements.

     

    Requirements

    - Very good experience with Python 
    - Generative AI OR / AND Traditional AI

    - Deploying models as REST APIs (Flask) and using TFServe (Tensorflow).

    Currently, we are looking for an experienced Head of Payments to lead payment strategy and operations across a portfolio of fast-growing AI products at Genesis.

    Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming apps. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, they create and develop global technology businesses. Their main markets are the United States, Europe, and Africa.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and optimization of the payment infrastructure across multiple products in the portfolio
    • Proactively mitigate payments risks
    • Identify, evaluate, and integrate new payment methods and providers, drive negotiations with banks, expand strategic partnerships
    • Analyze large volumes of payment and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
    • Set up and manage analytics for payment performance across products in the portfolio
    • Ensure compliance
    • Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to improve payment capabilities
    • Monitor the regulatory landscape and manage payment-related audits

    What we expect from you:

    • 5+ years of proven experience in payments
    • Strong understanding of payment flows, risk, and regulatory frameworks
    • Experience building high-performing processes and cross-functional collaboration
    • Exceptional analytical skills β€” ability to build financial models and analyze payment performance data
    • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills
    • Fluent in English; excellent communication abilities

    Nice to have:

    • 5+ years in consulting (Big-3/Big-4) or leadership in high-growth startups
    • Background in high-growth tech companies or venture-backed startups.
